There was water leaking in my garage from the wall. Jimmy found the problem was coming from a pipe joint and replaced it. He was professional and courteous. The price was right too.

We have dealt with many plumbers and hands down he is the best! We called the evening before and he arrived on time the next morning to do the work! We were very impressed with his honesty and willingness to help and walk us through the repair. We will be using him again for any issues that may come up!

Our water heater died on a Friday and Jimmy came out on the following Saturday to diagnose the issue. No one else we called (5+ other places) could come out until Monday, which meant several days without hot water before we even knew the problem. Jimmy and has crew got us a new water heater installed that Monday morning. They were quick, responsive, and professional. He didn't try to oversell me and gave me plenty of good advice. I would use Jimmy and his team again and I would highly recommend them.

I appreciated the specific ice maker shut off valve the plumber put in for me. Identifies on/off and most important can easily turn unlike so many others I need to put pliers on to turn the 1/4 to 1/2 turn. Left info about product behind valve so I would know what he had used.

Answered all my questions, explained all he was going to do. On time, very professional, kind and polite.

Will definitely use again!
