I got the pampered package, definitely worth it. My nails were beautiful. We had some difficulty getting the shellac on one of my thumbs to cure and it ended up peeling off a couple days later. I called them and they got me in immediately to fix it at no charge. Would absolutely recommend.

Used a Groupon so I wasn’t expecting that much. Honestly, Joshua did a great job! I have very fine hair and I felt like he took the time to explain both styles and product to me. I had a highlight, haircut and a conditioning treatment. The end result was decent. Above all, the other stylist and the owner went out of their way to accommodate my 3 year old who wasn’t even feeling well. I kid you not..they shared their Cheeze Crackers with her and literally accepted that I do not just give my child to anyoneeven for a hairdo. The decor is different-but it really for me comess down to the end result and how I was treated through the process. Also note: Angie emailed me right away as I had some confusion regarding how many Groupons can be used. She notified me of the issue and we resolved it without problems. Overall a nice experience. Good job!

I bought a groupon from this salon because I wanted to give it a chance despite the bad reveiws. I made an appointment for the following day at noon. I work public service and I was on call so I got called into work and was unable to make my appointment. I tried to cancel online but I was unable to. I rescheduled for the next day and received a not so polite email from the owner saying that if I went in for the service I would have to pay the difference since I was unable to make it to my appointment per their cancellation policy lol . I contacted groupon and they refunded my money and I went somewhere more classy with better customer service .

The absolute worst customer service I've EVER had! Only was going initially because I purchased a mani-pedi groupon valued at $31.50. Broke my foot so asked them if they would just do the manicure. "Sure, for an extra charge." WHAT???
I will bad mouth them to anymore who will listen! This was absurd!
You'll notice all the whining about Groupons that the owner does on this thread. If it wasn't for Groupon, they'd have NO BUSINESS AT ALL!!
    Waaa, waaa, waaa!

Oh my, I cannot say enough great things about this salon! I booked a haircut online with Leathie. The day of the appointment I showed up in the salon (which has a fun retro vibe) with my mess of uncontrollable chemo curls and colics and was greeted by my stylist. We had a brief chat about my hair and I told her I wasn't sure what I wanted done, but I knew the curls had to go. She worked her magic and gave me a super cute pixy cut that is amazing! I have been back for general maintenance for a short style and still receive a warm welcome and always love my final style. It' a great feeling to always walk out of a salon with confidence. If you are looking to treat yourself to an amazing salon experience, go to Rockabetty's!

I love this salon! I had virgin brown hair and had an awesome oil slick colors put in it! Followed the directions and my hair had amazing colors for well over 6 weeks! Went in recently and had dyed my hair with a box from Walgreens and it was greenish when she beached it out. She put redish toner in it and dyed it an amazing rose gold. I got 8 to 10 inches taken off and feel like a new person! I wish i knew how to upload photos here of the victory rolls she did for me last summer. Going back next month for a dark purple ombre. Thanks Angie!❤❤❤

Ill be upfront about this, I'm not here for anything they do, just driving a friend.
The place has some attitude you don't see in corporate owned salons, very cool art and posters. The stylists follow suit making the visit fun with good conversation and making sure everyone is comfortable.

    Got nothing, still had fun.

This was my first experience at Rockabety's. It was awesome! Dani is a great person and did a wonderful job. She picked a great color and I love it! We got along great and had a great conversation during my visit. I will deffinetly be coming back to see Dani! I have been looking for someone new for my hair and I believe I found her!! Thank you so much for the new look!

Im will be honest by saying the girl who did my nails back in Sept. did a good job but SHE NO LONGER WORKS THERE 😣 & i dont blame her. The owner & the receptionist are kinda rude. I tried to contact them 6x in 2 weeks & no one picked up the phone. Also the shellac removal damaged my nails. 🙁

I got an awesome cut from Amber a couple months ago. She cut my flat, boring, straight hair into a perfect style for me--busy mom, no time to do anything in the morning. My new bangs and layers looked awesome walking out the door and even better in the days afterward. It didn't hurt that the price I paid was very affordable!

A couple weeks ago I went back to Amber to get my bangs trimmed and get some highlights, too. Also a great experience, also very competitive compared to what I would pay elsewhere. The reason I'm writing this review now is because a complete stranger just commented on my haircut and asked me where I got it cut. That's never happened to me before. I happily handed her the Rockabetty's business card and told her Amber cut my hair.

Reading through the reviews, and noticing how they are such a mixed bag, I feel like some people just "get" what Rockabetty's is (a funky underdog upstart of a salon with some great talent and a great vibe) Those of us who "get it" love it for that.

Other people don't "get" it at all. They see the word "salon and spa" and expect an high-end experience from start to finish. It's not that. That's why it's still affordable!

It's funky, it's fun, but it's also got great talent and it's going places, and I'm going to stick around and watch it grow.
