  Nicole Fischer helped us with selling our house and we couldn't be happier! She is on top of her game! She had people interested in our house and offered on it before it was even listed. She is very knowledgeable and has good instincts, and a great eye! She notices everything! She is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. She is an excellent realtor! Highly recommended!!

  My husband and I began the process of buying a new home and selling ours just a couple months ago. Not only did we find a new home quickly, but ours sold in record time with several offers to choose from. The strategy Jason used to sell our home was phenomenal and his availability and response time was exceptional. He was able to answer all our questions and put our minds at ease during a time that could have been otherwise stressful.   Jennifer Vejvoda was our broker, and it made a huge difference to work directly with a broker! We had a really difficult property to sell. I had to depend on Jen’s advice and knowledge of the market, and we were not disappointed. She explained her strategy and checked in with me almost daily so we could adjust it twice a week. We got an acceptable offer within a month, and I’m glad I trusted her expertise! I’ll never work with anyone else in the Madison area, she won us over for life as customers. Thank you so much Jen!   We were so fortunate to have worked with Erik from Rock Realty. The process of selling our home was easy and quick but his real skill shined while helping us find our new home. In an extremely competitive market, Erik was always available for quick showings and competitive offer writing. Erik’s positive attitude was so helpful during the months it took us to find the right home. He always kept our vision in mind and instead of letting us settle he reminded us of our wants in a home. He often told us that he wanted us to be happy in our new home. In the end we found the perfect home, are extremely happy with our home buying/selling experience and have gained a friend in Erik. We highly recommend him.

  Lindsey is our realtor and she is absolutely the best! We had a very difficult house to sell and she made the process so much easier, and helped when we needed. She literally spent a WHOLE DAY at our house helping us, AND she helped us find and buy the home of our dreams! No matter the circumstances she made sure to communicate with us every single step of the way. We could not have asked for a better realtor! We also had another interaction with another realtor who was very wonderful! If we ever need a realtor again lindsey and rock realty will be our first call!
