No customer service at all, actually rude and confusing. Updated cottages but overwhelming mold/musty smell. No concern from staff. Very old and dirty wall air conditioner.

The room was clean, The staff friendly and accomidating. The atmosphere priceless. Old Florida at it's finest.

I stayed in unit 12 and family stayed in unit 11; both side by side and along the pond. Unit 12 is a double(Queen size) bed and unit 11 is 2 single(Twin size) beds. Both units were very comfortable and appeared to have been updated to look a little more modern. Both units have LG 32" flat screen TVs with Comcast cable channels. Kitchen complete with everything you need except stove/oven. Rooms were spacious and easily fit another Queen size inflatable mattress we brought from home. Rooms, beds, and bathrooms were clean and well kept. The patio was spacious and great for lazy lounging along the pond. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to coming back on future visits to the area.

Quaint, very clean, and great service! Not for everyone, if you are looking for an upscale experience I wouldn't come here. The property is dated and is in need of some maintenance. However, there are free kayaks and canoes that we had a great time with and the location is very close to downtown. I found it to be charming and would stay again!

Well maintained and clean, simple hotel. We needed a place close to downtown Ft Myers for a friend's wedding. This hotel is severely outdated but fills the purpose of a clean and inexpensive stay.
