Trying to get hold of the service department when your car is there is the worst. They don't call you to let you know your car is ready or if it needs more work, they don't answer the phone, they don't return your messages. Absolutely ridiculous. A little communication would go a long waysomething they sorely lack.

This is a general overview. The sales place is not clean, there is no a TV, coffeemaker or good coach to wait. Agents and manager do not ask you if needing help. In the car shop area not close place to stay. In summer hard to wait there for your car. Sometimes they overcharge the services. Be aware and check you reciepe. Sometimes they do not grant the coupons, and they forgot to call you when your car or a order is ready. Bad customer service.

The worst Ford experience. I had to wait 5 months to get a clutch for my car and just happened because I file a case with headquarters Ford. They first said there was no part/order for me and after headquarters called them they had it the following day. One i went to take the car they said they couldn't give me a ride home. Manager is an idiot that is not professional and don't care of clients.

I bought a new car here at Robinson Ford Car Sales in Calexico, California and I worked with the manager, Antonio Escandon. I bought a hybrid Ford CMaxx and guess what? I only spend about 20 dollars of gas every 3 MONTHS, oh yeah, believe it. The car was in perfect condition, under 20,000 dollars and works great. I loved their service, this is the biggest franchise dealer in town, with the best selection of new & used cars. This car dealership has been around for decades and I was a little worried about shopping anywhere else because I hear the local new & used car dealerships can be extremely shady. Everybody shops at Robinson ford, that is a true Calexican. I went to Kennedy Gardens and I know this family for years. Believe me, they're not going anywhere.
