The BEST auto dealer in the whole region. Great Sales and Leasing options (Make sure to ask for Noe Gallego "The Great").
Always courteous and professional maintenance department, as well as a shuttle service and a car rental department. Over 93 years serving the Imperial Valley. They are #1 for many reasons.
Went in for a regular, scheduled maintenance check up and service. Was gladly helped by Carlos who was courteous, understanding and eager to make sure my Toyota Camry was running well. I was especially impressed by the teamwork atmosphere and genuine customer-oriented staff! Thank you once again Carlos!

It was simple. Took truck in for low tire. Mind you they checked the air and rotated the tires a week and a half ago and the slow leak started then (leaking valve stem). Quick fix. First it was my fault for coming in when they were busy (one other customer there when i got there), they needed at least a half an hour 45 minutes. One guy was a tool, the rest were cool, but, five minutes at America's Tires and I was on my way. Customer service 101.
We were returning to Arizona from San Diego when our check engine light came on outside of El Centro. We pulled into the service department just before 4pm where we met Gary Benson. He had a technician examine the vehicle and reset the light. It was slightly over an hour that we waited in the service waiting room away from the 109 degree heat. The next morning Gary called to ensure that we experienced no further problems on our trip. Everyone we dealt with that day went above and beyond our expectations.
Took 4 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. When they put the tires protectors back, one of them was loose and lost it on my way back home.
This dealership has gone through recent renovations and is very nice
I bought a new Tacoma truck from them when they were in their old location and got a good deal
Rogers and Rogers has taken over the car sales business in the Imperial Valley and now in addition to the Toyota dealership they have Nissan Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep Dealerships located next to each other
Do not really like scions so not sure about the car itself. Too small i guess
I went to Rogers and Rogers Toyota on November, Wednesday 11. The day after Elections. I left with a brand new 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport! Carlos Cuevas is a great salesman! He got me in the truck I wanted at a price I needed! This company needs more people like him! Definitely look forward to a long relationship With Rogers and Rogers Toyota!
Awfull service and worst experience ever with the service dept. To a point that Rick M. Mocked my mom in front of me saying that she didnt know what she wanted(she doesnt speak or understands english). We called twice before taking the car and the lady gave us a quote for oil change and rotation but when we got there they wanted to charge another ammount saying that it wasnt included(we didnt care for rotation). I found it really sad that the guy was mad and mocked my mom because she doesnt speak english. If you know the customer doesnt understand you are not going to sell them anything you can, by the way she got the tires somewhere else and just had her rotation done. The valley service is crap now I remember why I took her to el cajon to buy her car. The other guy was supposed to translate for her but probably didnt even care, I wasnt going to write a review but what did it for me is that guy R.M. moody attitude.
