Arturo gave us a helpful test drive and was very resourceful. They aren't very flexible with their sticker prices, but do offered a fair trade-in price. Our purchased vehicle has been good so far.

The customer service in the Service Department was below satisfactory. They had my car for 6 days before they started working on it. During that time, they never once called to provide my an update. I had to be calling daily to get information. They would say they couldn't get in contact with the warranty company and would call me back and they never did. It took them that long to contact my warranty company. I was able to contact the warranty company in a matter of minutes. When I was about to pick up my car, they finally were able to contact the company and begin working on the car. I finally got my car on the ninth day. I did receive a call the day after to let me know that they had charged my incorrectly and that I had to go in and pay the difference. I have never received such below standard service in any other dealership in the Imperial Valley.

Worked with a young man named Jose Angulo very knowledgeable, we drove 100 mile to look at the truck that locally no dealer cared to stock.Every one at this dealership was very nice no pressure to buy. Once we decided to buy Jose was very helpful in moving things along. Luis Sotelo was great in during the paper, in about 2 hours after we decided to buy we were on our way home with the exact truck I was looking on line with the 100 search feature for a whole 3 months. Who ever order these 3 identical trucks from the factory knew exactly what to feature in them. When it is time to buy again I will be heading to El Centro again.

Everyone at El Centro Motors was absolutely great, they are not pushy, and welcome you in and stay with you through the whole process, had a wonderful experience with them would highly recommend shopping with them. Jesse Cruz was my sales man and Joe in finance were so helpful and helped me get a new to me car it was a truly wonderful day/evening. Great with families as well.

This is the second vehicle we have bought at El Centro Motors and both experiences have been great. The most recent purchase took 2.5 hours start to finish to drive off the lot. I have spent all day at other dealerships in the past so doing the paperwork quickly is a huge plus for us. I recommend anyone interested in Ford vehicles or even their used car selection to try them out.
