I've had nothing but trouble with these guys when it came to fixing my car. They tried going the cheap route getting after market parts. My car was still having the same issue, leading me to bringing it back over 3 times! Finally, at their expense they ordered parts from Toyota, changed the parts and everything seemed to be okay for a while, and now the issue is happening again and I wont even bother returning to Robin hood. Also, the person who was helping me with all this nonsense kept calling me "hun" and "dear" and "sweetie" it just kind of rubbed me the wrong way, act professional please!

They had my car for 2 weeks before starting repairs and then acted like they were doing me a favor when I called to check in to see if it was ready. Had I been told ahead of time it was going to be a 2 week wait, I could have made other arrangements. That's not even addressing the issue of a 13 hour repair job taking 5 days to get done on top of the 2 week wait.

Where good old-fashioned honesty and hard work is still taking precedent over the almighty dollar! I have been working with these people for a few years now there is honestly no where else I would ever recommend more then the guys hear! They will treat you right take care of you personally go above and beyond! Excellent customer service and experience if you're looking to not get overcharged and get your vehicle repaired properly, definitely come in and see these guys. You will not be disappointed and you are likely to become a customer for life!
