They were friendly, they had a cute puppy, and most of all they got the work done properly and got it done quickly. I highly recommend them!

I bought a vehicle from Tri-City. We knew there was a non issue with the vehicle beforehand. Jim took the vehicle and immediately fixed the issue. No questions asked. I do not know about the other people posting here, but I will tell you that Jim and staff @ Tri-Cities are knowledgeable, I think fair priced and more importantly; honest. It matters not to me where you take your vehicle for repairs. I think I owe this post to Jim and Tri-Cities for their straight forwardness and honesty. My vehicle(s) will not go anywhere else.
    Best regards,
    Mike Hammon

Brought car in several times due to loose steering and pulling at speed. Would veer off into the shoulder almost immediately. Had an alignment done which did nothing. Had one of the mechanics drive it himself and told me it was FINE. As if the car swerving on its own is normal. Brought it to Cleveland Auto down the road who found it needed a more thorough alignment and new shocks all around. Car now drives beautifully. Thanks to Cleveland Auto. NOT Tri Cities.

I have gone here for everything for my car after many more than 20 years of my parents going here exclusively. With the exception of oil changes and easy fixed I have done personally, since this is a 40 minute drive from my home.

I always leave with 100% certainty that the vehicle will perform as it should. They are family oriented since the two capable daughters of the owner work at the front desks. They operate with the utmost integrity and respect, and will never stear you wrong.

I went to Tri Cities with over heating issues in my car. I took it in with hopes they would be able to do a full diagnostic on my car and let me know of any and all issues we had going on with it as this was our only car!

I dropped off the vehicle, and they told me they would be in touch. Mind you, they KNEW I was coming, but yet failed to tell me they could not get it in right away!

I waited almost the entire day for them to finally answer me about my car. When I got answers I relayed the price and what was wrong to my husband. From there he called around, and got a WAY better price from someone else.

We took it to the other shop, had it looked at and worked on. Come to find out, Tri Cities was only trying to take advantage of the fact that I was a female and had no idea what I was talking about (cause ya know women don't know anything about cars! Well my husband does!) So upon being with out or vehicle a total of 9, between two trips, we learned Tri Cities was wrong! They were trying to say we needed a heater core in our car, which is super $$$$$ when really we needed a $60 part!

I am a very displeased customer of Tri Cities, and I will NOT be going back, nor recommending anyone else there either!

I was raised in an automotive shop as my father was a Studebaker dealer in Detroit and I am a certified aircraft mechanic. I have a great deal of automotive experience and have driven Saabs for over 25 years. These are the only people I would ever take my cars to. They care.

While this shop seems fair and honest overall, I'm not fully confident in their ability to fix simple problems correctly the first time. I've twice brought our vehicle in for very basic repairs with out being fully satisfied with the work completed. The second time going they did not offer to resolve the issue after already paying for the service, despite the issue with the vehicle not being fully fixed. The shop rate of $90/hr is steep for their inability to solve issues correctly the first time while lacking the knowledge and experience necessary to complete simple repairs and problems to customers satisfaction.

I found them to be very pricy compared to other shops in the area.
My friends husband has an Audi, he uses them a lot and swears by them.
I do not have an Audi or VW and found their quote was between 20% to 30% higher than every one else. However based on the work they do for my friends I have given them 3 stars.

I have a 2004 Audi A6 that needed a lot of internal work. I knew it was going to take a few weeks to fix, but they kept me updated with the progression and now it runs better than ever! Aris and Jim brought my car back to life! They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend their services. Thanks again guys!
