My car had a rattle in the front end. I took my car to different garages in the area no one seemed to want to find or fix the rattle. 1st time at Rich's problem solved plus they found other problems caused by the comp. At Rich's you will be treated very well. Great customer service, Great prices, Speedy service, Free loaner car if needed, Its too bad I didn't take my car to Rich's the 1st time. They would have saved me a lot of $$$$$$$. Rick's will get all of my busyness.

Been going to Rich's for years. Awesome customer service, very reliable. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, I've never had to bring a vehicle back due to faulty work. Awesome prices and free loaner cars. These people are great!

We have taken our cars to Rich's for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They provide excellent work at a great price. They are very accommodating to schedules, even when we had poor college kids in a hurry and on a budget, Rich's would fix what needed to be done then quickly and save the rest for later as the budget allowed. We referred our mother to Rich's because I knew they would treat her fairly, no extra work to pad the bill. She loves taking her car there, she is treated like family by Keith and the rest of the crew. When we take are vehicles for service we know that we are going to get great work at a good price and honesty. What more can you ask for?

We have been taking our vehicles to Rich's for years. We have always received great customer service and a fair price for our repairs. We have 2 mini vans with around 175K miles on each, so we're there more often than we would like! :) But we've always been given an honest opinion and a lower price than other shops. Another bonus is that they offer a loaner vehicle to use! That has helped us out a ton as it's quite difficult for our family to be out of a car for a day or so.
