Went here to get the air in my tires checked. The weather was awful, I never had to leave car. They were quick and very nice.

Been coming here for years, always have a pleasant experience. Only thing that could make it better would be free wifi, as signal is poor at the shop, and can't use internet reliably while waiting.

This place is like a well oiled machine. I came here after getting a more expensive quote elsewhere. The staff is friendly, helpful, and did not try to sell me anything I did not need. If you are walking in be aware they are BUSY! I ended coming back the next morning before they opened and there was already a line but they got me done in a hour or so. And the price was exactly what they quoted.

I took some very expensive wheels there to have the tire dismounted and Jason, who I talked to, personally room the tires back to dismount them and he took care to not scratch my wheels. Very fast and friendly service. Will definitely go back!

WATCH THIS PLACE! We put new tires on my husband's Jeep, and picked it up after hours. The receipt was on the passenger seat, and when I looked at it, I saw they stuck a $100 charge on my husband's debit card for repair/replacement "insurance" ! We weren't offered this as an option, we didn't want it, and they just added it onto the bill and charged us for it. When I called and spoke to the person that handled our transaction, he said, "Sorry about that" and then said if we want the charge removed we have to drive back to Discount Tire to do it, because he said he has to swipe our card. Interesting how businesses can charge and refund a debit or charge card online or over the phone when they want to I called Discount Tire and spoke with the manager the next day and told him I know he can do a refund over the phone. SURPRISE! He COULD do it over the phone and did!

As with all Discount Tire stores, there prices are very good. However, the service was awful. They overinflated muy new tires by 25%, left them dripping with sealant goo, and stole my polished aluminum valve caps. I returned 20 minutes later, and informed the manager, who managed to locate 3 of the 4 caps, offering nothing but "sorry."

Went in for front tire re-monuts, was overcharged and had to wait over an hour after my appointment. After an associate looked over all of my tires with a tool I was asked to sign a waver because I only had my front tires done. Back tires were in good condition when i went there and after I left both went flat with tiney poke holes in them. I dont trust and wouldnt recomend these guys to anyone!

Made an online 9:00 appointment for tire rotations. It was almost 10:00 before I was told I was next in line to get my work done. I was told the system scheduled three appointments at 9:00 as the reason for my delay. However this shop has at least three bays so I don't see any reason why I should have to wait for an hour to be waited on.

Left my truck at this place for a tire rotation 6 am they told me it would be done before I got out of work 3 pm. Got there after work never touched it was pissed off and let them have it. THIS PLACE SUCKS! Never again for me!!!!

Normally I don't have any issues there but I wasn't happy with my last visit. They had my tire for 2 hours and never called me to say it was ready. I called them only to find out they closed at 6. I then had to drive from Holland to GRCC on the highway in the rain with a doughnut. It was not fun to say the least. Did they offer me anything for my trouble? Nothing but a sorry. They didn't even call me the next day. I just showed up after work. They got me in "right away" and it took them 25 minutes to take the spare off and put on the new tire. Seriously? And then on top of it all they didn't put my spare back properly and the floor of my trunk had a big bulge so I still had to take the spare back out and put it back in properly. Talk about a load of crap. I think I'm going to look for another tire store. I've given them thousands of dollars and this is unacceptable.

Best tire place ever! Customer service is top notch, every single person here busts their butt for you. Only downside is they're always busy because they're the best place in town. Just plan to drop the car off so you don't have to wait, it's worth it. Tire prices are great, especially when they have rebates going on.

Great service and great conversation. Fast and easy process to get the tires I need for my Fiesta at a pretty normal rate. Paying $450 roughly for 4 tires with a warrant on them. I'll update later if the service or work isn't ideal but I doubt I'll need to :)

I gave this business one star, because I had to give them something. Three weeks ago I purchased 4 new tires from them at a reasonable cost. The staff was courteous and friendly. HOWEVER, the past few days I noticed that there was a slight vibration coming from the front Driver side tire area. Last night, as I was driving 80 miles an hour on the highway, the vibrations got worse and started making odd humming sounds. JUST A FEW MOMENTS AGO, my mechanic looked at the front tire (on a Sunday) and found that A L L 5 of the lug nuts on the tire were loose. I mean they were not tightened at all. WHAT KIND INCOMPETENCE IS THIS!!!!!! I COULD HAVE BEEN KILLED LAST NIGHT OR KILLED SOMEONE ELSE IF THOSE LUG NUTS POPPED OFF AND THAT TIRE GAVE WAY. Let me STRESS THIS the lug nuts -- all 5 -- were so loose that I, myself, turned them with my hand EASILY!!!!!!!! SOME ONE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THIS. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER, do business with these people again. I beg everyone, for their own sake, if you choose to buy tires from these people you, yourself, better check those lug nuts!!!!
