Horrible!!!! I have been calling for 3 days to have a car towed that is improperly parked in a handicap parking spot. They are a company that isn't knowledgeable of their own parking rules. Unprofessional and lazy to say the least! Do not under any circumstances use this company.

Okay, it's a towing company but I will do my best to fairly critique.
Towed car from my residence. Yes, I failed to display the hang tag on this night by 9pm.
Given no warning, no call after almost a year on property, they have seen my car numerous times with the tag displayed.
Just towed the car, neighbor knocked to alert me, I called the driver, he said he was already at lot. That couldnt be true. I Ubered over several days later, it takes longer to get to the location. I have seen tow drivers allow folks to get there car back within minutes.
Called their office and called my rental office. No assistance. I would have paid $50.00 on site, just run tags and call.
No, I had to pay $175.00 for tow, and $50.00 every additional night. In this working class neighborhood most of us live from paycheck to paycheck, that's detrimental to wait for your next pay. Everyone deserves a warning or a lesser fee.
Since this has happened, I have taped the tag to my rearview. No moving. Not preoccupied.
Final:
Lot Agent: Alright, not rude.
Make sure you call and get the exact price before you arrive.
Driver: Not rude at least.
Lot: Packed tight, check your car thoroughly before you leave. Take pictures. These hookups have a tendency to damage and/or scratch cars.
Area: Questionable; but if you are going at dusk, ask someone to drive and wait with you or pay your Uber a bit extra to wait until you pay the agent and get your vehicle.

they towed my vehicle on June 14th (stamped it as being towed at 2am). i used my ford pass app to track the vehicle and it showed the vehicle moving at 8am. found out from the condo front desk that they weren't supposed to tow after 7am. I just finished a show cause hearing and found out that Mr. Dumas isn't even licensed to tow! they have to reimburse me the $175 i paid to get my vehicle back. If your car was towed up until now, i would request a hearing. they are towing vehicles illegally!

A neighbor was locked out her her. She had been there overnight trying to open her car with no luck. We waved a Robey Towing driver and he kindly open the car. Within seconds the door was shut and the car was locked again. He came back and help out once again. The owner of the car did not have money to give the tow driver and the tow driver was fine with that. He just helped someone in need not once but twice.

I had a great experience with Robey Towing. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex and was in storage for two days. I called and spoke with Tamara and she was very professional and courteous. I explained my situation to her and she removed my storage fee. I only had to pay for the towing fee. She even did the courtesy of placing me on her no tow list until I was able to get to my leasing office Monday for a replacement parking pass.
