I ran into a flat tire and request roadside assistance from my dealer. David (#30) handled my case and reached out to me quickly. It took him less than 30mins to arrive and tow my car to the service center. Smooth communication and good experience. Well deserved a five star rating!!

Recommend above others for towing of luxury and electric vehicles due to flatbed towing requirements and quality service provided. A friend recommended Alleycat Towing and Recovery and identified them as the best compared to a couple of other companies they personally used before. When I called for towing service, there were no drivers available and I was called back within the hour with notification that a driver would arrive within 30 minutes. The driver (Breaker) loaded my electric vehicle on the flatbed and treated it like it was his own. Breaker’s professionalism and competence about Tesla’s was evident; he was aware of activating the towing feature on the screen to prevent the alarm from activating during the tow. Soon after he loaded my vehicle, I paid with my credit card over the phone without any difficulties and no surcharge. As soon as Breaker arrived at the Tesla certified collision center, he called to confirm arrival.
