  I used “Excellent Quality Movers,” and I put it in quotation marks for the second time in September last year. My first experience with them was nice and smooth, maybe because they used to have a different owner. Almost a year later, I still have one outstanding issue with them: they overcharged me and never refunded me roughly $300. Unfortunately, I used cash on the day of the move instead of a credit card, so I have no protection whatsoever.
  
  I have been back and forth with Alex, owner of the company, and he has done nothing to investigate why his guys, on the day of the move, overcharged me by about $300. I know this review is a bit delayed, but I better warn everybody now that never.
  
  If you plan to use these guys for a move, use a credit card; don’t use cash, you might never see it again.

  I recently used EQ Movers for my long-distance move, and I couldn't be happier with their service.
