  Husband called to ask them about coming out and looking at our plumbing and the guy was really rude to him over the phone. I would not recommend them to anyone

  James and his coworker were here on time. They were very courtious and professional. They got the job done quickly. I would recommend Robert's Plumbing to anyone.

  Huge thanks to these guys for coming out, giving us a quote, giving us great recommendations for our homework (such as what to look for when replacing a toilet) and they came out and replaced our second-floor toilet the next business day within 40 minutes. Nice and clean, in-and-out and the technician was very polite.

  My kitchen faucet wouldn’t turn off and I knew I needed a new faucet. My toilet was running as well. David fixed me right up!!

  The guy that takes calls is very rude, its the worst customer service i have ever had anywhere. He argues, interrupted me several times, talked down to me and belittled my issue. When i called for them to fix things i was treated like trash. Charged me for a hole i dug that they did not need to be messed with for any reason and had no impact on what i called them out for. They did not clear my drain blockage, and instead left the cap off my service pipe so that it could flood sewage under my house for almost 3 weeks before i called Patriot Plumbers out, they fixed it next day, were polite, knowledgeable, and almost half what i was charged
