It seems like these days it's so hard to find a company you can trust. But twice now I've called Muegge to do a repair and they've fixed what was broken rather than tell me I needed to buy whole new units. They go above and beyond what I expected. I'm SO impressed with their abilities, professionalism, and caring about the customer!

A plumbing leak at 4:00 on a Friday afternoon and they quickly responded. Can’t say enough good about their responsiveness. Staff was extremely professional and well trained. Great and dedicated organization. I highly recommend.

I submitted a request for service from the Muegge website early this morning to help with an issue at my mother's home. Service was completed by 1:30p. Josh, the service tech, was respectful, helpful, communicated often and clearly. I could not have asked for better or kinder service for my mother's AC unit than I received from Josh. Thanks to Josh!

Our AC went out on around noon on a hot July day. By early afternoon Josh arrived and diagnosed the problem. He had the replacement part onboard of his service vehicle and worked efficiently to install the capacitor. He then performed service test to assure the problem was fixed. Great service from Josh and the team at Muegge Plumbing and Heating.

Our geothermal unit was not operating properly. I called Muegge before they opened and received a call from the office not long after. She was very polite and said she would put us on the second stop.
The gentleman showed up a couple hours later, had the problem diagnosed quickly and got us up and running in no time!
I believe this is our second and maybe third time calling Muegge: but they will always be who we call first.
