Referred by another good plumber, Chris Dominon in South Bay. Had an emergency leaking in my 75 gallon Rheem water heater, which was installed less than 5 yrs ago. Falcone did respond quickly & help draining out the water from the tank so that I won't have water flooded.
However, when the water heater was replaced eventually the next day, Mr. Falcone asked for $3,100 & refused to break down the parts & labor. I found this to be at least $1,000 more than norminal as It's just a 3-4 hrs labors, with 50 gallon water heater should cost no more than $1,000.

The verdict: Responsive & decent work quality, however, way too expensive. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone for its price of the service when you have choices around.

Flavone’s were great to work with. They were prompt in submitting a fair & reasonable bid for replacement of the HVAC system. All of the technicians were prompt, polite & knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. They left the worksite spotless after thoroughly checking that system worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend them & will use them for some upcoming plumbing work.

Called for appointment and received a time for 8 to 10 am. By 10;30 no one showed up or called so I called and left a message. When I was called back I said it was too late my morning was wasted I went to another company.

I called Falcone Plumbing because I had a toilet that was phantom flushing at all hours of the day and night. After talking to Mike on the phone, he scheduled his team for the same day. Stephen arrived with a mask and booties on. He was prompt, courteous and and very knowledgeable. Since Stephen was here repairing the phantom flusher, I had him replace the ball float on the master bedroom toilet too. Falcone plumbing came highly recommended and now I see why. I would definitely call Falcone again should another issue pop up.
