Not just the best plumber, but the best service company I've ever used. Called them blindly last year for a water heater replacement and it went so smoothly.

Today I woke up to a major water leak on the side of my house. Lots of people dealing with leaks right now due to the dry ground - everyone I called was 2+ days out. Lanco called me back mid-day with a sudden opening and had a team here less than 15 minutes later. John was extremely knowledgeable and knew what the issue was right away. He and Chris did a fantastic job, staying well after 5PM to get me fixed up.

Excellent service from call to invoice, at a very fair price.

I developed an underground water pipe leak from meter to house. My neighbor recommended Lanco Plumbing and I know why. I called Lanco and they were very responsive and repaired the leak on the same day. The repair was high quality, much better than I expected. Justin, the plumber that responded was very professional and completely the repair quickly. Lanco Plumbing will be my go to company for future plumbing work. I highly recommend the company.

I don't post reviews often but these guys are worthy of the praise. Have been using them for the past few years between two properties and they consistently impress. They are quick to find the issue and get the problem repaired without looking for unnessesary ways to pad the bill. If you are in the area and need a plumber.there is no reason to not start with these guys.

I have a theory - businesses that prioritize the employees who are public facing are more successful in retaining clients. Lanco Plumbing is a prime example of this theory. When I call Lanco, a person answers the phone, they know who I am by my phone number, they address me as if we had just spoken recently about an issue, there is no confusion, there is an enormous amount of understanding of the world of plumbing work, they are extraordinarally patient, they work to make an appointment as soon as possible, and they are pleasant with each call. I believe it's two women that keep the business flowing smoothly, and they know their jobs so well.
As for the guys that do the site work, they are superb, as well. Daryl was the last one to come fix a problem and he was just as kind, competent, and quick as one would want. I've not had one service employee from Lanco that isn't the same way.
Once I call Lanco, I feel as though I am their first priority.
I have a book for my kids explaining what to do once I'm gone, and Lanco is listed as the Plumbing resource.

Lanco Plumbing company is a class act! From the receptionist, service technician and products, they have always been persistent with quality, integrity and speedy service. I never post reviews, but this company is worthy of a glowing review!! I highly recommend!
