We got a clean and spacious room. Havent tried it yet but excited to try a hot tub tonight.

Reasonable hotel minus the plugged drain in the room. Upon check out I told the staff at the desk about it. She said she was sorry but nothing further than that. Marked the room vacant on a sheet next to her. I'm sure it's not the first time that's happened considering the tub didn't drain for over 10mims after a 3mim shower. Hilton honors member that won't be staying there again

Staying at this hotel was exactly what is expected when traveling. The room was spacious, the beds comfortable, and a large clean bathroom. The location is next to a shopping area that had plenty of restaurants to choose from. My roommate and I we're able to walk over there and enjoy a nice dinner. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that likes to relax yet have the option of going out.

Breakfast was delicious, but the milk for the cereal was off, and the buffet selection could have been better. That being said my meal was absolutely wonderful.

First stay here. Checked in around 1030pm for one night and was greeted and helped by Michael. Gentleman had flawless customer service and was friendly to the max! Even though we booked a king bed and ended up with two Queens bed due to room assignment mix up (nothing to do with Michael), the first impression we had from Michael representing the Hilton Company was enough to enjoy the rest of our stay.

Great rooms. Keurig in the room. Perfect location near River shopping center. Air conditioner loud but we were warned. Nice view of mountains. Room 270. Lovely amenities.

Overall a nice stay. The room we had accommodated two adults and three little ones nicely. Pool was enjoyed by the kids. Nothing too super special to write home about. Only bummer was that we had a nice family member book our stay and paid for it. The guy who checked us in neglected to let us know that it family member paid for breakfast, for two mornings, and we should have gotten vouchers, but didn't. We got the voucher for the second morning but the staff didn't correct/refund for the breakfast loss. Other than that, a very typical stay.

Clean. Smells good. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Alex. Beautiful neighborhood. The yard near the pool needs to be tended; it is quite weedy.

Place was clean. The pool is ok but barely anywhere to sit, could deft use some more chairs. Pool restaurant isn't open til 12, I think? We were at the pool with an outside Diet Coke and some chips as we were hungry and thirsty in this 40 degree weather well before the restaurant opened, and as soon as the lady came to open, we got trouble for it. Never have I ever had an issue at any other hotel for this. But other thank that, the staff have all been friendly. Needless to say, I won't return here. There are much better options in the same price range.

We've stayed here twice. The rooms were clean and spacious. the restroom on the other hand needed some work. The door knobs needed to be replaced and so did the door moulding.

My Room was great. Breakfast was not included in the price of the stay. But it was better than the usual. The hotel is very Central to most everything. Good place to stay.

Always a pleasure! Great beds So comfy! All employees from central reservation to on site staff Just great! Any issues are always looked into right away. Some construction going on right now but not too bad in rooms. Book with confidence.
