Just played on Friday, after playing Birdsfoot earlier. Very nice golf course and club. Tough enough with all the trees so pick the right tee box. Greens were great. Service was very good, will be back! Buffalo, NY

Beautiful course, very well kept. The greens where very challenging! Which is something that is hard to find on a public course. Definitely going to play here again.

Way over priced for the very ordinary course. I would pay at most $20. The staff was very rude while checking in no personal customer service skills. The pace of play is like watching paint dry.

Golf course is in great shape, very challenging. Food and drinks were very good and reasonably priced. Staff was excellent!

River Forest is a first class course to play. In addition, Tim Conroy and the guys in the pro shop, (Joe, Larry, Bill, et al) go out of their way to make sure you have wonderful golf experience. Then after the round the grill room has a tasty variety of food to tickle the taste buds.

Always a great time at every function I have attended there. A top notch staff and beautiful surroundings. Thanksgiving dinner threr was wonderful and delicious. As the only non-golfer in the family, the serene river views and impeccable grounds are tempting me to take up the sport of kings.
