I want to give a shout out to the service and collision center at Baglier Buick. My brand new Buick Regal was only a week old when it was hit by another driver. Karey in service couldn't have been any more supportive the night of the accident. He worked to get my driver's door to open and close again. Norm in the collision center fought the insurance company to get a new door and fender for my new car. When I bought the car, the tail light had a crack in it and there was a chip on the passenger side door handle. When my car was returned all of this was fixed too. Norm and his guys did a wonderful job making my car look brand new again. Also a shout out to my salesman Bob Seibelgreat guy to deal with. He was also there the night of the accident to offer his support too. Thanks guys!

Very friendly salespeople. I was shown cars I was interested in and not steered towards more expensive vehicles outside my budget. Showed a good willingness to make deals, but did not seem to overprice in order to make deals seem better than they were. I got a great car for what I felt was a great price.

We have dealt with Baglier Buick several times and they are on top of their game. They direct you to the vehicles that you are interested in and there is really no going back and forth to manager like the other dealers. Matt (manager) is on the mark and does not waste your time, he gives you a good deal on your trade in from the start and there is no hassle. Elaine (salesperson) has been with the dealership for a long time and knows her vehicles. She knows her vehicles and does not waste your time. We would recommend if you looking for no hassle, get the deal done and be on your way with your new/used vehicle, then Baglier is the place to go and there are plenty of vehicles to choose from.

I was extremely happy with my sales person and others that helped me purchase a new truck.I would recommend bagliers GMC to anyone,I can say that because I have bought four vehicles off them and I've very pleased.

From start to finish- my experience with Geno Malloy and the entire staff at Baglier was absolutely wonderful. The time they took to make everything work the way I needed it to was above and beyond what I could ask for! I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car!

The sales team at Baglier Buick is amazing. I purchased a new truck from Derek Gallo. He was more than helpful all through the process. On the day I took delivery of my new truck, Derek could not be at the dealership due to an unforeseen emergent issue. Other members of the sales team stepped up and were more than helpful. I would recommend this dealership and this sales team, especially Derek Gallo to anyone in the market for a new or used car.

I purchased a GMC 3500 from Elaine, who by the way was exceptional, if their sales and service manager were only a fraction as good as her the dealership might have something. Anyway, I bought the truck as is bc it had an aftermarket exhaust and they couldn't inspect it without putting cats on it, so, AFTER BEING RUN THROUGH THEIR SHOP. I was provided a list of what the truck needed, which I was OK with, seeing how they are a Certified GM dealer, however, within the four months I owned the truck I laid out an additional $1200 in parts that weren't on the inspection list, not including the head gaskets leaking, which upon talking to Patrick about on numerous occasions, and being dumped off to Randy each time, who didn't return any of the 7 messages I left him, got nowhere. I would not buy from this dealership if they were the last one in PA.

Seen a beautiful 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche with low miles online and decided to inquire about availability. I was contacted via email by the Sales Manager Mark Keene and the experience was excellent. He answered all my questions and made my online buying experience smooth and hassle free. We scheduled an appropriate date to see the vehicle seeing I lived in Maryland and the dealership was in Pennsylvania. Mark even put a hold on the vehicle for over a week upon until I came to check it out! I drove up test drove the vehicle, filled out the paperwork, and was home in time for dinner. I even got a better APR/financing from Baglier GMC than what I brought to the table with my pre-approved financing. Mark Keene, Shawn Codispot, Dewey Keller and the whole team Baglier GMC change my perspective on buying a car I can’t thank them enough.
