Took 2 hours to mount TWO front tires on my car. Employees seem to just wander around not really giving a damn. This place used to be so much better a couple years ago. I wont be back

Purchased tires and alignment for three family vehicles. Prices were good and the service was exceptional. We will definitely be repeat customers. I have to mention that after my scheduled service, one of the area managers (Mark) came to my business to replace all of the wheel lugs on my vehicle for no charge. He simply explained that my lugs were not safe and he wanted to take care of the issue. Totally unexpected and totally appreciated.

My husband and I are longtime customers of Flynns. If you think this company is just tires, you are missing out! Their service department is the absolute best and we don't trust our vehicles to be serviced by anyone else. The technicians always call if an unexpected repair is required before proceeding with the repair. Flynns is definitely more than just tires and we highly recommend them if looking for a trustworthy full service shop!

Took my car here for a tire leak. The leak was due to a rusty valve stem. Flynn’s called and told me my tire pressure sensors are attached to my valve stem so they had to replace it. Charged me $90 for the aftermarket sensor and installed for a total part and service fee of $125. About 50 miles after service, the TPMS light turns on again. Brought the car back and they reset the sensor. This occurred two more times before they told me I had to take it to the dealer for their special reprogramming device.

Before scheduling any additional service, I took the car to the dealership for guidance. It turns out that the valve stem and sensors are actually two pieces and the rusty valve stem could have been replaced for $15 + labor. They also stated aftermarket sensors will not work with their vehicles (Hyundai). Perfect!

So I took my car back to Flynn’s. Of course the working $75 sensor was discarded. Gladly they refunded the original $125 and took their sensor back, but they threw away my original sensor and valve stem ($90 total). I had to purchase the original OEM parts again (same price as Flynn’s charge for aftermarket parts) and pay $20 labor and $60 for reprogramming. So after everything was finished Flynn’s cost me a pretty $135. Thanks!

Be careful taking your car here for service, I’m not sure if they are completely qualified.
