Tattoo Tim is great in service. All parts personnel, Chris, Jamie and He is also great. Lori, in apparel has always 00been fantastic. Rusty, in finance, is also great. I am a Deaf man and these people have been very good with my Deafness.

If your looking to purchase a bike or like I did took the riders academy and then purchased a bike. The staff at River City Harley Davidson are the people u want to talk to. They made me feel like part of a family. Awesome buying experience. Thanks guys.

Laurie provides personal attention in helping customers. My requirements for boots were specific, and she was able to direct me to the pair that truly fitted my needs, in size, comfort, ease of putting them on, and cost. She was helpful in helping pointing out the right vest, and a reasonable cost for sewing patches. When she is not there, Tom is equally helpful and friendly. My experience with them was filled with courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism with a side of friendliness. Great and easy place to shop for m/c related clothing.

Chris is very knowledgeable when it comes to parts and install and always willing to answer questions.

“Chris went above and beyond on this one. I called to talk with him about rear shock absorbers on my Ultra Classic. He hooked me up with the newest Harley was selling. I felt confident when I purchased them they would be everything I was hoping for. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed. It sure is nice having a friend with so much knowledge on the products he sells. Thanks! Brother”

“I've been coming in your store for 30+ years. Since you don't buy a bike yearly clothing and parts get the most visits. Everybody there treats you like you want to be treated! That said - Laurie takes it to another level with how she treats HER customers! If she can't find you what you want or need - you probably don't need it. Thanks for the years of GREAT personal service!”

I purchased a headlight ring and when I tried to place it on the bike it would not install correctly according to the instructions provided. I returned it and Chris ordered me a new one. When I was notified that the new one was in I brought in the installation parts only to find out the replacement would not fit either. Chris double checked with service and they agreed. Chris has been excellent at following through with Harley Davidson and with me on the progress of my situation. I would call his attention to the matter above and beyond in providing customer satisfaction. I could go on with positive stories about every one there in apparel, parts and customer service. Excellent team to do business with.

“I have purchased (& traded) several HD motorcycles over the years with these folks, and have always received excellent treatment, fair prices and a very good selection of Harley-Davidson bikes from which to choose. They are very knowledgable about the bikes and the well-stocked dealership is a friendly place to browse for Harley stuff, and hang-out when the bike is being serviced. I highly recommend River City Harley-Davidson.”

Laurie is always so friendly and helpful, she's a gem !! All the staff at River City that I have met and dealt with are so down to earth and willing to answer any questions, even if there silly ones. I love shopping at River City !!! The mall location is convenient on Sundays or after hours, staff there has been friendly too.

As a new Harley customer, I have to say how pleasantly surprised I was with how friendly and helpful the entire staff was. They made my purchase very simple and my salesman was available long after the sale for any questions I had. Thanks AL..GREAT SALESMAN.
