Riddles went above and beyond our expectations. We are so pleased with our experience there. The goldsmith - Will Henry - who helped us was very knowledgeable and helpful and did an amazing job. We definitely will be going back!

I went to the location in Manhattan Town Center, and couldn’t ask for a better experience. Will helped me find the perfect ring for my fiancée and looked at all the screenshots of rings I had liked from the website. He walked me through the process with getting the ring cleaned and touched up if that ever needed to happen. I’ll definitely be going back in the future for anymore jewelry purchases.

Mandi and her staff at Riddle's Jewelry have been truly amazing. Always there to help at times when special moments happen in life when you want to get someone, something special. Mandi took the time to not sell me but to listen about who I was buying for, what I was looking for and to stay within the budget I could afford. Just watching her wrap the gift that was mine and how she paid attention to every detail to make sure it was wrapped perfectly. Your the best Mandi, and because of you and your staff I'm sure I will be seeing you really soon for my Christmas needs!

Great experience! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had my watches adjusted and batteries replaced at a great price. Very pleased with the service! Will definetly go back in the future.

The staff is amazing. They go above and beyond with all they do! The staff is so responsive, the manager even gave us her cell phone and texted us photos of wedding band options based on the conversation we had with about our wants. They are also all so knowledgeable about their products and the industry as a whole. If they don't have it in store, they know how to get it for you. For sure go here and talk through your wants with their staff, you won't regret it. THANK YOU MANDI AND JOSE!

As others have said, there are many jewelry stores in the Manhattan Town Center. None, however, will treat you as respectfully as Riddle's.
The staff there treated me with respect and value, understood what I needed, and found a solution for my spouse and I without pressuring us to buy jewelry that we didn't want and couldn't afford. They were honest, and I can't tell you how much that means to us after getting the run around from the other jewelers in the mall.
Also they have on site repair!!! How great is it to know that anything can be fixed quickly without having to mail it off for two weeks to a month??
We will definitely be purchasing from Riddle's again.response / report this review -

We recently went to Riddle's Jewelry in Manhattan to upgrade my ring for our 10 year anniversary. We worked with Amanda Ford and she went above and beyond in letting me try on nearly every ring in the store and asking questions to help me narrow down my list of finalists. Thank you for taking such good care of us and sharing your knowledge about diamonds! I love love love the ring I ended up purchasing!! -Britany

I have been very impressed with the service and professionalism at the Manhattan store. Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable with any questions that I had. I have shopped at several other jewelry stores and never realised what I was missing. I will definitely be going back!

There are many jewelry stores in Manhattan to choose from but the service and level of professionalism at Riddle's is what makes it stand out from the rest. Mandi and her team were exceptional! I went in with a picture of a wedding band I'd found online and fallen in love with. I had little hope I would find anything close to the picture, but not only did I end up getting my dream band, I got it within my price range and earlier than I expected. Mandi was professional and included me in every small step of the creation of my wedding band. Mandi was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I could not be happier with the service or quality. Thank you to the Riddle's team for making this process so perfect!
