I have not used the store services so I cannot judge the quality of work. Simply shopping around for a product on 07/13/2020. Whoever answered the phone could use brushing up on customer service, friendliness, asking open ended questions etc. First impression goes a long way. Based on my impression, not worth the communication despite the reviews given.

Paul M. Mrozik did a great job and will go the extra mile to make us happy. installation group was outstanding had PDQ out of Topeka install our windows. they took out old windows installed new and cleaned up did an excellent job. our salesman did an excellent job of ordering the windows was up here when they were installed and came back the last day to inspect them he found a cracked window so they are coming to replace it in may. we built our house 35 years ago we installed Pella windows you had a quality product back then and you still have a quality product

When we saw the need to replace the windows and front door in our home, we researched four different companies, obtained bids and ultimately chose Pella. Our decision was not only based on the quality, price and style we were looking for, but also on the service that came BEFORE the decision was made. Michael Smith from Pella came out to our home TWICE before we made our final decision. We had been into the showroom numerous times to look at all of the options. Michael came out and took a look, gave us some valuable pointers, drew up a bid and then followed up shortly after. He then came out a second time and met with the company that would be doing the installation to go over what would need to be done, how it was going to be done, and when it was going to be done. With all of this preparation, we were totally comfortable with our decision. During the installation process, a new trade sales rep, Paul Mrozik, joined the area office and he came out several times to view the process and check to make sure we were happy with how things were going. Michael Smith checked in from time to time as well. Anytime we have had questions or a need to be met, those answers and solutions have been addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. When it was all said and done, we could not be happier with the service, look, function, quality and installation of our new Pella windows and door!

The whole process of selection, the representative that ordered our door, and the installation team went so smoothly! The Pella installation team was efficient, knowledgeable, and took care of covering furniture in the foyer. They cleaned up everything after the install was finished. The representative stopped by as they were finishing up. Totally great experience and a beautiful new door!

We built our wonderful retirement home using Pella doors and Designer Series windows. We love the in-between-the-glass blinds and used them in several rooms including our Great Room. Pella service has responded well to any questions promptly. I have had issues with other brands of sliding doors, but these Pella sliders are superior in our experience.
