From start to finish Jim & his whole team have been very professional & quick responsive. Never been in a situation where I needed an attorney before but they were all very personable & explained every little detail to us. They do wonderful work I will defiantly be recommending Jim & his team. Thank y’all again!!

The staff that handled my case were all very helpful and great. My attorney Angela Gore was fantastic! She was straight from the beginning of the process to the end. Even the case managers were amazing and quick with responding to all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this firm!!

First I would like to thank Katrina Martin. She was the only one to keep in contact with me. Such a sweet woman. When my case got handed over to Brian Clements, I heard nothing from no one unless I contacted them. I was constantly getting the run around and when I finally did settle, they took well over 40% and I didn't understand why but at the same time I was going through some financial situations so I had no choice but to settle. I would never recommend anyone to this law firm. Kenneth got paid more than me and I haven't even met this guy. Last I check, my kids and I were in a wreck, not him.

The worst mistake I could have made. There was very little communication between them and me. I never met anyone from the day I signed with them.They persuaded me to settle for change,seemingly to please the insurance company.when I came to my senses and told them I didn't want to settle for it,all of a sudden they had a Check for me.my advice to anyone,is to get a lawyer who will actually fight for you and not the insurance company.

Had a bad accident where it was NOT my fault and the law firm of Ken Nugent helped me win my case. What was nice was I did not have to pay them a dime. They don't charge any up front fees for their service. Highly recommend this law firm.
