These guys are great. My engine went out in my 06 Silverado. The ordered me a remanufactured Jasper engine with install kit. Excellent work and professionalism. Dwight and Rick has been outstanding to work with. The job was done in a timely manner at a fair price. I would highly recommend Ricks for your automotive work.

The owner and staff were very curtious and helpful. They explained everything to me concerning the necessary repairs needed for my vehicle and quoted me a very reasonable price. My car was also ready for pickup with in 24 hours! I now use "Ricks Automotive" for all my automotive needs. Great guys to work with.

I've used Rick's at least a half a dozen different times for auto repairs and exhaust work. I had always been satisfied with their service until my last experience. I had taken my new truck to have them put a Magnaflow muffler on it. When I got back home and got under the truck to take a look I wasn't satisfied at all. The exhaust inlets on the muffler were considerably larger than my exhaust pipes. So they cut of the exhaust pipes, stuck them in the exhaust inlets, and just welded up the difference. Also the exhaust pipes didn't line up with the new muffler, so they bent one of the pipes, putting a kink in it, to match up with the inlet. As i stated, it is a new truck, and I expected a more custom looking job, not something jacked-up looking. If I had known they were going to do this in the first place, I would not have gone through with the work. I explained this to one of the employees over the phone and he told me to bring it back and he would make it right. So I took the truck back. While the employee I had spoken to was attempting to fix the previous job, Rick came out and said to me "I've done a lot of these, and no one has ever complained except for you, so I guess all I can tell you is if you don't like it, to get your exhaust work done somewhere else. I simply said 'OK". Extremely unprofessional display of attitude. The previous day I had just paid them $1100 for repairs on my wife's vehicle! Meanwhile the other employee was able to remove the kinked exhaust pipe but the difference in the muffler inlet and exhaust pipe is still just a considerable amount of welding. I dislike having to do this, but the kind of attitude Rick displayed is unacceptable. ALL my work will be going elsewhere in the future.

A great place to go get your exhaust system needs. They'll get you in and out without wasting your time or money! The weld job could've been better but I would definitely go back for anymore needs.

I took my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 in for an exhaust and from the first time i talked on the phone with Ricks Automotive they already seemed like very knowlagabe and reasonably priced people. When i actually had my exhaust installed they completed the install almost 2 hours early and also under the original estimate! Awesome! I love the work they did and my truck sounds great!

Honest pricing and good work. Friendly and fit me in quickly on a simple exhaust tip install. It was the finishing touch to a long project of dressing up my Z71 Off Road Silverado.
