We came for a free initial consult. We were told that our insurance will not be billed for the evaluation and c-rays. But insurance was billed, and paid. When we contacted the office we were told that we were mistaken, and money were not returned.
You need to take a written statement that visit is free before going.

The care and attention at this office has been above and beyond. Had issues with another local orthodontist especially with the insurance aspect of the orthodontic care. The staff was very supportive throughout the process which made it a smooth transition. Happy I chose Khan orthodontic group! Highly recommend!!

Very disappointed with the Khan Orthodontic Group!!! I was told that the consult for my son was a free one consult, especially since I planned on consulting with other groups. Khan was my 2nd consult out of 4, and the ONLY firm to file a claim through my insurance. My EODB came weeks later, and a claim was submitted by Khan. I think it's unprofessional to mislead prospective clients. I chose to get the work done by another Orthodontic regardless of their higher price. I would recommend that people triple check with Khan if they are doing consults, but it wouldn't matter if they advertise free consults, and file the claim weeks later, by then it's too late. Granted i did not have to pay any monies but it's the principle of it that bothers me since my great insurance company paid them for a free consult.

Dr Khan is great! Had braces here as a teen 10 years and recently came back to start Invisalign. My only critique is that some of the receptionists are incredibly rude and very miserable. Hopefully this issue is addressed …
