  This place always seems to have their “systems down” on 3rd shift. Each time (total of 7 times) I go in on my break from work to fill up on gas and also get some food, I can’t because their registers are down, the pumps aren’t working or it’s an internet issue. I sign up for their rewards card linking my CC to it but what’s the point if I can’t even use it or buy anything. Why even stay open on 3rd shift if your employee aren’t going to do anything?? I see the other gas station across the street getting all your customers because of this constant issue. I’m so done with rickers.

  I stopped at this gas station every time I drive through it is incredibly clean Everything feels brand new and the food and drinks are great.
  
  They have a kiosk you can walk up to an order food that they make right then and there and everything I've tried is really good.

  Nice little stop. Good variety of snacks and even hot, quick meals. The ladies restroom was super clean. My only complaint would be three stalls and only one sink. Otherwise, nice little place with friendly staff!

  My husband said that he was treated very rudely by the cashier, because he was over charged for his items and he questioned it. The mgr was called over and she did nothing. This was caused because their items priced in cooler dont ring up the same price at the register. It has happened before, but after the rudeness today, we won't be back.

  The bathrooms aren't very clean, and the staff isn't always friendly, but I understand-- it being a very busy gas station off a busy major highway.
