  Walked into the showroom to purchase a motorcycle walked around for 45 minutes. Not one person asked to help. No sales person was interested I have bought parts there sometimes. Their parts employees are not very knowledgeable. I will ask about a certain part they always have to go ask someone else to wait on me. Playing with the cell phone is a top priority there. They could care less about you.

  I have bought my last 4 baggers at lima .
  The staff the owner parts.
  Sales they all treat you excellent. Makes a,difference when your making a big purchase .I drive 2.5 hrs 1 way just to buy what I need because of how I'm treated. Thank you lima Hd

  While traveling from Tennessee to Michigans' Upper Penninsula I needed a new front tire. The service staff was amazing, they took care of me in less than an hour and I was on my way. Thank you very much!!!

  Bought my first Harley here and several accessories and clothing items since. Sales staff was very helpful and willing to work with me to keep things within my budget. Ladies on the clothing side have always been friendly and helpful. Parts department has been equally helpful. I love how willing they are to let you try things before you buy. Not only do they help you find the right size in clothes and test ride the bikes before you buy, the parts department even let me take a backrest out for a test ride to see how I liked it on my bike.

  Very clean and well layed out store with plenty of bikes and apparel inside to look at. Staff was very friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed and also helped me find the right size for me.

  Kyle and the rest of the service department are top notch, very courteous, and almost get the feeling like your family here. The girls that work in motor clothes are just as helpful, had a pair of chaps that they helped me fit to my bike. Can't say anything about the sales team, but if they are anything like service and the girls in Motor clothes they will be amazing too.
