Rick did his job -- no more, no less. The only objection I had was that Rick called me "dear". I'm old enough to be his mama and maybe even his grandmother. Then this boyish attorney called me "dear"! It was patronizing.

My experience with this law firm has been amazing. They were quick to respond, very friendly, and took care of my legal matters as quickly as possible. I was wheelchair bound at the time of my filings and they even worked around that circumstance. They were very straight forward about all the fees, the paperwork was easy to fill out, and they were there to answer any questions I had. Very happy with their service.

I wanted to file bankruptcy and they were OK with that! They wanted me to file a chapter 13 that would cost me $1,000/month for 5 years! That was not affordable at all so, I asked to file chapter 7. They told me what it would cost and it took me about 8 months to pay their fees. Fees were paid in October last year and still, middle of March, all they say is that it is under review by Mr Hodge!
Now creditors are trying to sue me and still no response from law office!
They got their money and, it seems, that's all that matters to them!

They help my parents out of a REALLY bad spot. The people where great and inviting when we meet them. The only problem I had is that they told me to would be 125 just to talk to the attorney about the case after all the paperwork was filed and we got papers that where hard to understand . But in the end it worked out and I would recommend them but they need to allow people to talk to Attorney when questions come up.
