We hired Boyd for a child support case a few months back. We now have well over a 5,000 dollar bill and we aren't even done yet, and our child support case is worse then what it was when we started. We are now paying more in child support then the original order was for. We are also getting hit with court costs we had no idea about, until we got a letter in the mail stating we owe 200 dollars in court costs we never even went to. We have put numerous calls and emails asking him to call us, and we never hear back, and if we do its well over a week or more later. Communication is key, and its lacking.
A journal entry was stamped, and filed without us knowing or agreeing on this. We didn't even know about it until an email was sent after it was said and done, and now his check is being garnished. I feel like he is helping the other party more then he has helped us and now we are slapped with a hefty bill with the attorney and a child support order that has increased somehow. I do believe Boyd is a great attorney, however, I feel there is more he could do with our specific situation. I thought we would be better hiring an attorney, but now I'm regretting it because from the looks of it, we were clearly better off then before. We are basically racking up another bill for absolutely nothing. They are sure quick to send you bills though!response / report this review -

I am so thankful that Rebecca Henry represented me through my Divorce and Child custody situation. She is amazing and definately knows Family law. I highly recommend Jess Hoeme, Carlee Rusk and his team. He was professional, quick and knowledgable. Answered every question I had within 24 hours or less and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. For something I thought would be a nightmare he made it painless. He is going to go above and beyond to understand who you are as a person and ensure you are being treated fair. Thank You Again!

Boyd McPherson was my attorney for my divorce and I was very impressed with his professional demeanor and knowledge of family law. He was timely with his correspondence, and never steered me wrong in decisions we made during the proceedings. I highly recommend him for anyone going through a divorce.

Ross helped me through a horrible situation! Not only did he truly care about me and my case he was available to answer all my questions any time I needed him! After a long search I found the law office of Joseph Hollander & Craft to help me with my divorce and child custody situation. Rebecca Henry was assigned to my case and I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer. Rebecca fought my battle for me for nine months, won my case, and I got everything I hoped for.

My experience with your law firm was a very positive one. My attorney Jess Hoeme was very professional, knowledgeable, and always punctual when he said he'd call back or get information back to me. He worked with my parents and I as if I was his only client, which made the experience much more comfortable. He is a caring, personable individual who knows his business well. I pray I never have to contact your firm again, but if I do need legal assistance, I plan to contact your firm. Thank you very much for being there for me.
