I would have to say Brad Pistotnik Law office is great! I got to keet with Brad in person and getting and his assistant Cassie handled my case! Cassie was very quick at communication, almost everyday I had emails from ger updating me on my case! They got me the most back from my settlement! I was hurt in a head-on collision which totaled my car. I didn't figure with preexisting conditions I'd have any chance of a lawsuit. I heard a commerical on TV by Brad Pistonik who stated that he could get money for those people even with preexistin conditions. I made an appointment immedately. I met with Brad and his associate and Brad felt like he could make a case for me. He got me a partial settlement and then found a way to get me more money but he'd have to file a suit in Federal Court which could take up to a year and a half. To my surprise two months later I received a call from Jay Sizemore the closer of settlements, and he said he and managed to get this case settled out of court and that I should be receiving the settlement check within in the next 2 weeks. I was so surprised that Jay managed to get the case settled so quickly. I would recommend Brad Pistotnik Law firm and his associates to anyone. I got personal service and even Brad's cell phone number so I could call him anytime with questions if i needed to. I was continually kept informed on how the case was going. That's what I call excellent services.

This law firm is great! I was in a horrible car crash (that was not even our fault) in another state while on vacation with my family. Within 24 hours we started receiving harassing calls from insurance companies. I called Brad Pistotnik Law immediately and they took my case over the phone. The harassing phone calls stopped and I did not have to lift a finger to deal with any of that drama. THEY HANDLED EVERYTHING! I could focus on my recovery from surgery and physical therapy.
