If you plan on working at a law firm, consider looking elsewhere first. The attorneys here are great but the support staff are very neglected. Management treats you terribly and does not care about your concerns even when valid. Very retaliatory. If you do not think as they do, you are considered a liability and will get blamed for anything. Turn over for support staff(outside management position) is 6-8 months. The other firms I know of have support staff for years. Clearly something is not working here. Management will blatantly tell you not to bring up issues that will need to go up the ladder. They will expressly state to "deal with it or quit".
