I had a pleasant experience with the jersey city office. PA is very knowledgeable and the staff is great!

I usually don't leave negative reviews but for the Jersey City office I made an exception. I went to this office 3-4 times. I wasn't super impressed in the beginning it was just good. The wait was never longer than 15 minutes, the PA or NP was friendly and knowledgeable. The last visit however was horrible! The front desk staff got so out of hand that they began to yell my private insurance information across the waiting room. Apparently they've never heard of HIPAA?! The front desk staff should be replaced as they make the whole establishment look bad. They act as if they're doing you a favor. Please do yourself a favor, find another dermatologist!

Most incompetent office I've ever had to deal with. Completely unprofessional and if you're not paying attention they'll charge you for misdiagnosis and procedures you never even had done. DO NOT GO TO THIS DR OR HIS OFFICES!! DEFINITELY DO NOT AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND.

Terrible place do not go here. I have a slight discoloration and saw a nurse practitioner . She look at it without explanation or any examination and recommended a biopsy. She said it will scar me for life and requires a stitch. I decline the biopsy and left. It's a shame that she would go this route to collect additional money from my insurance. No morals and no pride in her profession.

The wait time here is absolutely unacceptable. Dr Carmona is helpful, but I will not be coming back due to the excessive wait time every appointment. The wait time is then blamed on the front desk staff . Very frustrating experience every time !

Dr. Rapaport is truly a great doctor .

YES - I waited a very long time past my appointment time to see him, but now I know why. He's worth it !
Dr. R took his time with me and answered all my questions and concerns , even gave me great recommendations. I been to many dermatologists that are good for nothing and dismissive. I'm glad I finally found a great derm that doesn't have a 15 min appointment window. The wait is long because he gets his work done successfully. 5 stars !

The Jersey City office is ridiculous. I definitely do not recommend this office to anyone. The receptionist are rude and the wait is long (with an appointment). There were occasions when I'll waited a hour to be seen. Additionally, My prescription was not sent to the pharmacy. When I called to inquire on my prescription I spoke to someone in another office. I received my prescription a week later. Definitely a disappointment!

Worst doctor's office experience ever. I booked my anual skin screening since I am new to the area, hoping to find a long term doctor for myself. Skin issues run in my family so it's important that I am a regular patient somewhere. NOT HERE! They don't keep their Zoc Doc times updated so it looked like they were completely open. I took a 10a appt and when I walked in ON TIME there were at least 20 other people in the waiting area. They told me there were 5 other people in front of me. What is the point of an appt? I waited, and waited and waited. Almost an hour and a half later I asked to speak to the office manager and said they were not being respsectful of my time and that i had to get to work. I said I could give her 2 minutes to check on things but that I needed to be seen immidiately. She was nasty and rude an said it would take more than 2 minutes b/c her foot hurt. What??
I wasnt even waiting to see the doctor, but a nurse practicioner in the office. AND while I was there several food deliveries came in that were sent to the back for the nurses. So I am waiting out here and you are in the back eating??
Never going back. This place is a cattle call.

I have nothing but good things to say about this office. Although I was there over 8mths ago and was not able to see Dr. R but was extremely happy with my visit with the Nurse Practitioner. She was very through and not to mention the M.A.who was in the room with her (wish I knew her name)followed up with me to see how I was feeling. I'm happy to report that while it took time for my skin condition to get better.. I'm 100% today.
Thank you so much Dr. Rapaport and staff!

I found this doctor from Horizons list of in network doctors. I made an appointment to doctor Rapaport and waited. When the day came I went to my appointment with doc Rapaport but instead I was transferred to Dr. Carmona. Another patient waiting at the desk had the same problem, she was transferred as well without notice. Doctor Carmona came in, I explained her my problem but because of my backache that day I was rescheduled to another week. So another day when I came to visit her I had to wait two hours despite I had an appointment for 10:45. Then i was called inside and waited another 20mins. I talked to nurse and asked if they have full anesthesia in case I need laser surgery as on the insurance listing it is said that doctor Rapaport is doing surgeries in Englewood hospital. But instead Dr. Carmona came and without even examining me said that they cannot help me and referred me to another doctors office. Did I forget to say that they charged me? Hell Yes. They wasted my 3 hours and without even examining me said that they are not treating something that they even don't know what and charged me for that. If you care about your life avoid this place at all times. This doc should have her license canceled. I can believe that such docs exist.
