After 3 years, I decided to check RichTex out again after not having the best experiences with my previous visits, this visit was a little better. The fabric selection is very good and the store is laid out well. Everything is easy to find and prices are fair. Employees seemed busy and since I didn't need any help with anything, interaction was quite limited.

Great place to buy fabric and the prices run from low to high. You just have to spend your time looking and be sure to check the prices. I recently almost missed a fabulous deal because the fabric was so elegant I just assumed it would be out of my price range but the person with me checked and we were so happy. The price was very great.Employees are very helpful!!

First time at Richtex Fabrics today, it was a great experience. Selection was fabulous, prices were great.
Both the personnel who assisted me were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Mel was the first First experience with Richtex Fabrics was wonderful! Both personnel who worked with me were friendly, helpful, and extremely knowlegeable. Mel helped find several great fabrics for a commercial drapery bid. Her boss, Mr. Dan, began pulling wonderful samples of desired fiber content and look for the project and budget. I was in store a total of 3 hours, received all the help I needed as well as unpressured time to search through an amazing selection of various vendors books. I arrived wondering if Richtex Fabrics would be worth the 2-1/2 hour drive I had made, I left knowing it had been way more than worth the trip!

They treat me like a leper when I go in this store. I have been there several times and always feel as if I am ruining their day just by coming in the door. The younger workers there are much nicer to deal with than the older women in charge. Their selection is great, but overpriced in most cases. I think my last visit to this store was today, which is sad, because I decorate and sew for a living. Someone let me know when they get some customer service training.
