One star for the view of the surroundings outside the stadium from the nosebleeds. Don’t cheer for the visiting team here unless you’re up for poor service at the ticket booth and gate, an iced beverage bath from the seats behind you, a flag rat tailed at your eyes by the people in front of you, verbal abuse and physical (yes, as in hands-on) harassment by the people beside you, and apathetic at best event staff and security. IMO, worth it, would go again ;) Go Cougs!
Great site for college football. Fan energy abounds. Quality teams from the PAC 12 are exciting. Great environment.
One of the loudest stadiums in the country!!! It is mostly clean (when adults are not spilling their drinks). Friendly environment and welcoming staff. All I can say is GO UTES!!!
I’ve had season tickets for a very long time (Since Rice Stadium). This stadium has no bad seat views. If you have not attended an event here, I highly suggest that you buy a ticket with a seat vs buying a ticket that is bench seating. It is worth the extra price to pay to be comfortable.
Very impressed with the stadium and the game day experience. By far, the nicest and most welcoming fans I have ever met on the road. There are a couple sets of people that ride around on tandem bikes in the tail gate area near the stadium before the game, welcoming fans and providing you beer (very surprising). The fans there made me realize that we should be more friendly and welcoming to the folks who visit our stadium. The stadium is really loud and will make it difficult for your team to communicate. If you are beneath the press box (on the visitor's side) and the weather is good, you will get a beautiful view of the Wasatch and great view of the game. Looking forward to going back.
Nice stadium friendly fans, long bathroom lines, only reason not five stars it's not my teams stadium, GO DEVILS!
Increased funding from 2002 Olympics and membership in the Pac-12 has made this a pretty nice place to watch a football game. Nice views of the mountains--few settings as pretty as here; on the smaller, more intimate side for a P5 school, and generally nice people--maybe a little less so if BYU is in town; make this a great place to watch a football game. Great proximity to public transit (Trax). Check out the Olympic Cauldron past the south end zone. Impressive to see the sold out crowd all in red.
I feel like they generally keep it fairly clean, I do however think they should have more/larger restrooms. I understand that during an event like a game or concert that waiting in line in pretty much inevitable, but dang I waited close to 10 minutes to take a piss last time I was here!
I was here for the networking event by Intel. It was really great experience. The view of Salt Lake city was amazing at night from top of the building and also this stadium looks amazing. Must visit place.
This place is amazing! With the new upgrades that occurred, it is a much better environment, that and I love seeing the mountains from the field as well! Please experience a Utah football game here!
Not only is this the best place to watch a college football game on an autumn Saturday, but it's also great for other events like motocross and weddings.
The food options on game day are meh, but the other accommodations have gotten much better since they added extra restrooms.
It's extremely convenient to get here via public transportation (TRAX red line), but parking is not great. Expect a walk.
It's very well laid out & well staffed. The views are increadible. The stadium is sturdy. I feel safe in the stands. They plan really well for events and security is decent too. The TRAX train stop makes access really easy as well.
Yay go utes! awesome game day atmosphere!
I've watched many games here! Always fun and exciting! The Muss is the best student section!
Experience a home game once if you are in town. It's eclectic. It's celebrated as one of the toughest stadiums to play college football in the U.S and for a reason
