Aubrey was incredibly delightful. This was our first time visiting the store. We drove up from Houston as we need to furnish our home after Hurricane Harvey destroyed it. Very disappointed when after being on a waitlist for 2 years, I get a call from Kalee the chandelier came in but I need to call in am after truck is unpacked. I did and rachel told me it wasn't unpacked but is here and all mine as long as condition is good. I need to wait for a call to confirm. Wait a day and No call, so I call RHO and Jeanette tells me "Kat" accidentally sold it but will have a manager call and they will take care of me for sure since it was their error. Vincent calls and explains there is nothing they can do. All were VERY polite but I feel this could not only been avoided but also corrected.

Just polite and nice folks.Have returned and a wonderfully helpful person was again just that upon my return visit.Her name is Cat and she can help with decisions concerning decor ; which is kinda nice .

Most furniture here is poor quality for the price, even considering the outlet prices. I prefer to buy from local retailers where you can find real wood and high quality finishes over cheap imports made to looks expensive.

From the manager, to the salespeople, to those loading the goods, this store is tops in all areas.They go above and beyond any place I've shopped to make it a positive experience.
In addition, you will find furniture in perfect condition, not just items that are damaged.
