  My husband and I used to take our children to the parents night out once a month since 2014. The price was reasonable ($7 per hour) and the staff was friendly. Over the years the price went up, ($7.75 per hour, $4.50 for pizza, plus $35 yearly fee) and the quality went down.
  
  We begin to take our 4 children to a better more affordable place which is further, but today I decided to give it a try again since we were going to be around the area. Sadly, it was our last time.
  
  I am so disappointed with the customer service. They called me about my daughter’s age after they had already asked her and not believed her. When I came to pick up my children the lady kept asking again if I was sure that my daughter was only 12, and my daughter said they did the same thing to her. No, neither I the mother or my daughter herself have a clue how old she is.
  
  That was very disrespectful. Why would we lie to pay $146 for 3 hours of childcare? If she was older we wouldn’t need a daycare, she could have just stayed at home with her siblings.

  My son has been in the Mother's Day Out program at PlayToday for almost three years now and he loves it! All of the teachers and assistants are attentive, patient and professional at all times. I have even received courteous counsel (when asked) about potty training and behavioral management from Christy the director. I value her professional opinion and am grateful for her gentle and kindhearted guidance. The Christian based curriculum I feel is carefully considered and very creative. I am at complete ease when my son is there because I know he is learning and having fun at the same time in a loving and positive environment.Thank you PlayToday for making my son and I feel like we are right at home!

  My 4 year old son has been going there since January and absolutely loves it! They always have fun things to do and even surprise treats from time to time. I love that they teach from the Bible in ways they can understand. My son has learned to write his name and is much better at recognizing numbers and letters since he started.

  Initially, I little hesitant to leave my 1 1/2 year old with strangers for a few hours while I ran errands. But my little man warmed up to the place and the friendly staff. HEB, Costco, going to the bank alone knowing my toddler is in good hands, oh-so worth it!

  As the Director of Play Today, I wanted to take a moment to sincerely apologize to Amber. I take seriously any criticism that comes from my clients. It is always my goal to make families feel safe and welcome in our facility. I am sorry that I failed to meet those expectations.

  They have been taking care of my daughter for around a year now and I have absolutely no complaints! When I pick my daughter up she is always overly excited telling me about crafts and the activities that they have done that day. Her manners have improved tremendously since going and she makes time to pray now, which was a chore in itself before! I would recommend this daycare for everyone who has kids, and the staff is always so polite and caring when I drop or pick up my daughter.
