Location was very convenient to interstate and room was nice and roomy. Down side was that we requested a crib and there was none in the room. It was late so we just grabbed the pack and play out of the car but all our Christmas presents were on top so it was a hastle.

We stayed here for just one night. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. It is very accommodating for small families or business professionals.

Very clean. Maintenance could stand to update a few of the rooms amenities. Staff/supervisors we're extremely rude! There are some very polite and mannerable staff members. At the same time the supervisors were very rude and inconsiderate, until contacting my lawyer was brought up. Soft cushioned beds. Nice pool area and the breakfast is better than most.

Great hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and great amenities. Breakfast was good daily, room was spacious and well equipped. Close to main highways and not far from local mall.

Great customer service however there is need for replacing the furniture. The pullout sofa full of stains and carpet is strained as well.

The rooms are large and well kept. The buildings are slightly aged but have been renovated to stay current. Great place for families to congregate.

Very nice apartment type rooms, fireplace, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, microwave, stove top. Quiet area, nice pool. A bit hard to find at night. I don't know if their sign wasn't lit up that night or just doesn't light up. Overall good experience and would stay again.

Not on par with most Marriott properties that I have stayed in. It looks like it was converted from another chain and they tried to put a Marriott touch on it. The property itself is lovely with a nice outdoor pool. The location is good, but I did hear some road noise from Business 85. The room was spacious and the amenities were good. The house keeping could use some work. The towels had stains and the coffee maker need a good cleaning before use.

This location is convenienly located near a Cracker Barrel for your dining needs. No need to go there in the mornings because a wonderful hot breakfast starts at 6:30am in the lobby. Wednesdays a mixer is held as well. It's a very friendly event with some good food to boot. The accomodations were too notch as well. Rooms were neatly kept and very inviting. The bed was comfortable and made it tough to get up the next morning. If your looking for a place to stay that has that "like home" feel, look no further.

This has been one of the nicer places to stay in Spartanburg for many years and the rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The drain in our shower was not attached and would drain real slow.
The busy pool and unused tennis court were nice amenities. The hot breakfast was very disappointing. The scrambled eggs, turkey sausage and Canadian bacon were dried out and not edible.
Will stay again but walk next door to Cracker Barrel for breakfast.response / report this review -
