Stayed one night while visiting family. Easy check in, helpful reception and they had hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby! Clean, quiet and close to lots of fast food, I definitely recommend it and will stay here again!

Had a company meeting. Stayed the night before. Very quiet. Helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. And within walking distance to a few fast food restaurants and a gas station. Will definitely stay again for the next meeting.

Absolutely amazing! No complaints. Breakfast was awesome! Very friendly staff and they let me check in a little earlier than I was supposed to.

Very friendly and helpful staff, best continental breakfast I've ever had (omelettes, breakfast pizza, oatmeal and sausage links on the hot bar, along with the usual fruits, cereals, yogurt, make-your-own waffles, and a nice selection of juices and coffee), my daughter loved the seasonal treats in the lobby (pumpkin spread, Graham crackers, and toppings like nuts, marshmallows and chocolate chips). Forgot to bring milk for my son's bottle, so they gave me some out of the fridge. Room was nice, not overly expensive (~$110 for two queens), and checkout time was noon (perfect for the morning after a wedding reception with two tired kids). 10/10, would stay again; dollar for dollar the best money I've spent on a hotel.

Staff couldn't locate my reservation even though I'm a gold HHonors member and I booked through the Hilton app. Fortunately I had my confirmation email and they were able to get me in my room. Room was typical Hampton Inn, though the air conditioning started making a lot of noise at 2 am. Breakfast was good and checkout was easy.

Stayed last night just for a few hours to get sleep before heading into Charlotte. I checked in just a little after midnight. The young woman working the desk was very accommodating, I've never seen someone so cheerful working the graveyard shift! She offered awake up call and the waters in the room was a nice touch. I didn't stay long but the 4 hours I did stay were very restful, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. When I came to check out the woman working the desk I believe she said her name was Allie. Was making fresh coffee which is exactly what I needed before heading out. Please give my thanks to that young woman, she made having to get up early much easier on me!

Very clean and welcoming. All the employees we spoken to were nice. The lady at the front desk faxed some papers for us so we really appreciated that.

The hotel could be updated, but it was a great place for the price. The room was clean and very spacious. The night shift man checked us in and out. He was so nice and friendly. The staff are super friendly and try their best to make sure everyone has a great stay. The breakfast was different every morning and there were plenty of options for everyone!!
