Room smelled a bit like cigarettes, but overall a decent hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped with any questions we had. There was a small workout room that had enough equipment to get a decent workout in.

Stayed here on Christmas. The front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Christine wasn't to friendly I asked her for a few towels and she made it seem like it was an inconvenience and hurried up and gave them to me and walked off and didn't say anything.

I thought the front desk staff was nice and the hotel was well decorated but smelled a bit musty. I would have rated the hotel much higher if I hadn't had an unfortunate experience with the managers. I booked a room for my family to visit my elderly mother for Christmas. My son had to leave early as a Marine on leave. He left Christmas day. I asked to have just his final night refunded since he had to leave a night early but the managers said "no". From years of hotel management with Marriott and Hilton, I would have to say that was disappointing as the staff I worked with were very customer oriented.

Highly recommended not because this is a 5 star hotelit is definitely a Holiday Inn Express, clean and adequate accommodations. But our stay here has been more than a pleasure. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating. There is full breakfast, not just continental. There is a pool. Our room is comfortable for 4 with the pull out couch. Animals are welcome. Over all, this has been a great respite after long travels.

Stay was what I would expect. Brooke at the front desk was helpful. I did on my out stop a house keeper (I believe with the name Christina) and asked her were the ice machine was so I could fill my cool and she short answered me and wasn't very friendly. Over all was great. will stay again if in the area.

room was clean, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. The only down side was the noise. The floors creek really bad so we could hear the people upstairs. Our bed frame was also messed up so it made noise. Outside of that, we had a good visit.

The outside and entry are inviting and clean. Hotel staff were friendly and nice. The room, which was a king business suite on the first floor, was one of the nastiest rooms I have been in. Stained and nasty smelling carpet. The bathroom had mold and rust stains all over. The furniture and bed were questionable at best. Stay at your own risk.

This Holiday Inn Express is a bit below average for this chain. It is an older hotel that has been renovated but it doesn't have that new/fresh feel to it. My room was clean but the bathroom didn't feel clean because of the older tub and pealing paint/dark spots on ceiling above the tub. The hotel staff seemed busy. The most disappointing aspect was that breakfast did not start till 6:30 as opposed to the industry standard of 6:00. Breakfast staff was friendly and welcoming.

My tub was not clean. I should say though, that I pointed this out to the housekeeper and she did her best to make it right. The tub was just too old and used for her to be able to really get it clean. The location is pretty out of the way, that is, not near a lot of good options for food. The hotel feels old. No restaurant or room service, no bar. Basic.

Lots of mold in the bathroom, have pics.UGH!!! Rate was to be $119/night, but 2nd night showed as $179, way, way too expensive for this room! (I made the reservation by calling the front desk here, no 2nd body involved.) Front desk clerk said no one was there to authorize change on 2nd night, nor are they allowed to call anyone. Between the mold and the price rip-off, I will not be staying another night.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, friendly staff, full breakfast in the morning. I stayed here for a week wirth work and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This place is in major need of repairs. Building looks good a on the outside, but inside its a different story. The rugs (specially on floor 2) are dirty and stained in so many different ways, it is hard to describe. Rooms are ok, but there's a problem with upkeep and cleanliness everywhere. Do yourself a favour and avoid it if possible
