So far, so amazing. We have a suite with 2 queens and a sofa bed for 2 adults and 3 kids. There is so much space and the room feels clean and luxurious. The furniture and decor are tasteful and seem high quality. There is plenty of lighting and outlets for charging all our devices.

Complimentary breakfast was managed beautifully. Later in the day, they even offered a complimentary happy hour type of gathering with free food and beer and wine.

Someone was using the exercise room when we checked it out. They had cardio machines, a bench and dumbbells. It was equipped with cups and a water dispenser and towels.

If it was warmer, we would have hung out outside by the pool. Tastefully designed outdoor space for lounging even if you don't want to swim.

One of my kids was running a fever the first night and the staff immediately brought an extra blanket. There's an option for them to stock your fridge with staples (eggs, milk, etc.). When we got back from being out, housekeeping had made our beds and switched out our towels, as expected. But they also ran the dishwasher so all the dishes were clean and ready to use when we got back.

There seems to be good communication among the staff. Makes me feel taken care of.

I would stay here again for sure.

From the front desk to my room I felt welcomed. The staff were all so helpful and friendly. My room was perfect. It was actually better than what the photos online showed. I felt like I was in a nice little one bedroom apartment. I would definitely come back to stay.

My mom had to stay here for a month the staff treated her very well. They have 2 nights where they put on a little mixer in the lobby. One night the do a little thing serving food beer and wine all free and then the do a desert night. Their breakfast are pretty good as well. Nice rooms quite even though its so close to the freeway comfortable beds

The room was excellent! It had full amenities such as a stove top/oven sink garbage disposal, dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, small 2-3 person dinner table, 2 tv's one in the main room and bedroom. This location had a gym, laundry mat, full pool and jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful. They allowed my 2 year old son to call them in the phone just to play. Full breakfast included that came with eggs, Canadian bacon, veggie scramble, spinach, cheese, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, waffles and juices.

Pros: Clean room, nice staff. Nice amenities if we were staying more than an overnight. Cons: Noisy, uncomfortable mattress, some halogen/LED light flashed every few seconds all throughout the night, fussy child next door cried most of the night/morn (but that is not the hotel's fault) They could use an additional waffle maker. I was really looking forward to the mini-waffles for breakfast, other selfish guest made 3 batches in a row...and her son didn't even eat them. Again, not the hotel's fault. Long wait, just gave up. Oh well. Upon check-out, I was told the hotel will be renovated next month and credited $50 for the flashing light inconvenience. Much appreciated.

The room is large and clean, although some furniture is a bit worn. The loud noise from the street can affect light sleeper. It is about 15-20 minutes from Legoland. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

The place was a little worn down. The outside of the building looks new, the inside could use a little maintenance. Fire pit outdoors, a billiards table, pool/spa, and 24 hour fitness center make this a nice place to stay. Plus all the rooms have a nice small kitchen with full appliances; stove, full size fridge, sink w/ garbage disposal, dishwasher, also plates/cutlery/pots/pans to make your own meals. Decent size room with space to move around. Great hotel, would stay here again.

Room was pretty modern, I'm guessing it was built ithin the last 10 years. Breakfast was good/normal for a RI. Stay here if you want the standard, quality RI experience. On par with all other RI around So CA.

The big rooms are awesome. Nice bed and bathroom. The breakfast was minimal, but ok.
Within a 5 minute walk there are a bunch of takeaways, but walk a little further (15-20 minutes) and you find a lot of restaurants and bars.
They organize bbq/burger/beer nights every guest can attend. I haven't done that as I was out with colleagues, but I liked the idea. It livened up the lobby and common area.
I would definitely go back here.

Staff was so incredibly nice! Our room wasn't ready during check up time, so they upgraded us to a suite. The hot tub was unfortunately broken, so they let us move some chairs around the fire pit. There was free breakfast, free parking, a great variety of movies/shows on the tv, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was a convenience store in the lobby, so me and my sisters got some late night snacks there as well. I can't even stress how nice they were at the front desk. Would recommend 100%

I chose this location because of a work assignment. It is beautiful and the rooms clean. Furniture in my room though was showing signs of heavy use from ware and tear. As a Gold member, I requested for an upgraded room and got it. Will recommend this hotel for my friends and family.

One star and my reservation was refunded to me by Expedia. As a nice sister, I made a reservation for my brother for Christmas night. He had a long drive to reach Carlsbad and I did not want him driving home at night. Under "special request" I informed them that my brother (and gave his name) would be occupying the room, not me. I suggested to my brother that he stop by the hotel on his way to our home to let them know he would be checking in late. Fine. They took a credit card for incidentals (did they not check names THEN???) because it was too early to check in.
When he returned around 10:30, the front desk would not let him occupy the room. Did they not read or have a copy of my request in their confirmation for me??? Where it stated that HE would be checking in, not me? He said they were rude. Would not call me. And in no way tried to solve the problem. They wanted me to drive over but my brother did not want to inconvenience me (silly him). So he ended up driving 2 hours to get home...just what I wanted to avoid. On my confirmation, it stated no need to confirm. I guess that is not accurate!
