Great stay. Always impressed on what they offer in even their basic rooms.

Good breakfast. Friendly Staff. Poor service. We spent 3 night and our room was never cleaned. We had requested twice to have room service and our request was ignored. Will never stay at this location again. Go elsewhere if you have a choice

I enjoy staying here. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the water is hot, my room had 2 tv's, and a kitchenette. The pool and hot tub are open until 11 and the hot breakfast was consistently very good.

The room had a very contemporary feel to it. It was perfect for getting ready for a wedding, all the bridesmaids were about to get their hair and make up done and the room and lighting was very accommodating

The room, halls, and lobby area were all kept very clean and always smelt good. The staff was friendly and polite. I appreciated all the little amenities including breakfast and the ear plugs.

Staff is awesome, breakfast was pretty good, rooms were okay needs some improvement. My only complaint was and is cleanliness inside of my room. There was globs of hair on the shower wall and hair all over my pillows. I didn't notice the hair on my pillow until the morning when I noticed it in my hair. My mother brought brought to my attention they do allow pets. So when I asked if they reserve a floor for only pets they informed me in any room people can have their pets. I thought that was interesting because what if you have guest allergic to pets. I tried to clean the hair out of the shower my self not realizing the entire shower wall was covered at that point I became disgusted. I called front desk and was informed someone would clean in the morning. The manager of the cleaning staff did say it wasn't my responsibility to clean and to just call, she realized it was pretty bad. My entire face is now covered in a rash from staying there for two nights. What's also interesting they didn't offer anything to even accommodate. This hotel stay was not good.

One of the better Residence Inns i've stayed in. Bathroom was a little worn but rest of room amenities to include kitchenette were good. Large space, great for business trip. Very good breakfast which is in the price.

Decent evening social snacks M-W. Housekeeping needs some re-training on following their stated policy of water conservation and keeping shower supplies stocked.

Booked for work. Expected a small room with a bed, coffee maker and tv. Instead, got upgraded to a suite with 3x TVs, 2 Double Beds and a kitchen. Wow! More than enough comfortable pillows! The marketplace was great before getting to work. You could have waffles, eggs, bagels, orange juice and more. Super stay!

The rooms were great, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the best I had. The location and approach though are a little off, but if you can put up with that, you don't be disappointed.

My positives. Lots of parking spaces. Check in was simple and easy. Stayed on the second floor. Two bedroom room. Room was nice and appealing. Includes pots and pans to cook with in the kitchenette. Breakfast was nice and filling, lots of different foods and drinks to pick from. Pool was nice and warm and so was the jacuzzi. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming that I met, especially the morning staff. My negatives. Found old food underneath the sofa in our room. Everytime we went to shower at 7, 7:30am no hot water, so good luck showering before breakfast. Our master bathroom toilet continued to run and never fill, even took the lid off to look at it, looked pretty dirty and old; no wonder it was leaking. When we entered our room I noticed they included ear plugs, our first night; I found out why. Quiet time at this hotel is 9pm. We had loud neighbors. Called multiple times to the front desk to inform them that our neighbors above us and next door to us were making stomping sounds or loud yelling, which basically sounded like a party was going on; asking them to quiet down, but didn't do any good. Overall I would say this place has a great breakfast, friendly people, nice rooms, dirty floors, leaky toilets, cold morning showers. Three out of five for me.
