  They have taken all the good stuff off the menu and raised prices. waitress were great but the food is not good probably not be back. Was really wanting the stuffed mushrooms.😡

  Well I just had a great experience at this Reno's Roadhouse. The food was awesome the people were very friendly!!! They made sure I was well taken care of. Waitress was at my table a lot, and I never had to wait. This is a great place to eat and have fun at!!! They also have peanuts at the table to eat while you wait for your food to get done. Only about a 15 min. Wait for the pork chop dinner. I don't what happened to these people that gave this a bad report review, but maybe they were having a bad day!!! I highly recommend this place!!! Thanks to the staff here!!!

  We are in town from Cincinnati. Reno's was beyond our expectations!! Great food and Fantastic service!!! The Bar manager Kari was so sweet and just Wonderful!! The food was amazing!! I would recommend the Queso dip and the Kobe beef build your own burger!! One of the best burgers I've ever had!! It was out of this world!!! We will definitely be back next time we're in town visiting family!!

  Went here to eat with friends form out of town, found hair all over my salad, it looked as though someone had shaved their beard off over the salad. The waitress came by and I showed it to her, she apologized and offered to bring another salad. I declined her offer, but to my surprise she brought out a loaded fries that she said was on the house. That would have been great, but unfortunately and ( I'm not joking here) I found a long black hair in that as well. I asked her to bring out our entrees and she did, only to find guess what ! A hair on my steak ! and then my friend found a dead roach under his chicken!! after not being abel to eat anything but rolls we were told that our meal would not be free but they would take 30% off the price we got up and left, doesn't matter not going back anyways !

  The service was decent. Out waitress was new, however the other waitress's kept her off on her own training. This led to her feeling the need to apologise every single time she came to the table. She wasn't the problem, I understand being new and being trained.
  
  What was the issues is the food was bad, the seats were horrible and everything was dirty. We had to be moved many times, and even then we had to settle for the seats and table that was the least broken. Our forks had food crusted on them. In the end, we took our food to go, just to get out of there. Once home, they had given me the wrong food. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is that the poor girl who waited on us had to deal with our constant issues. I hope the tip made up for it.

  Just don't, don't feed into the positive reviews. This place has sewage problems, server problems, and just a lot problems. Don't pay 24.99 for a steak that is low-grade from IGA because you can drive on county over a get a good quality steak from Texas Roadhouse. Honestly, you can't even try to convince that this place is up to code, I have went in there before and it smells of sewage. Most unpleasant place to eat in all of Prestonsburg.

  Omg. Ordered appetizer. Then food. Got food. Totally wrong. Ended up getting someone else's food. Okay It happens. Husband almost finished with his food by the time I got mine. Missing some stuff. Then got appetizer. Totally unorganized. Food good. Just disappointed .

  We were there Christmas eve..ribeye was very good..the onion flower was not out backs, and I keep trying and disappointed each time..everything else was great.

  Over the years quality of food has slowly gone down hill. Chicken being under cooked and getting salad mix from previous day is just a sample. But hey they got good beer.
