Richard just got home with my mom who is visiting this week and she was SO impressed by your nice hand written note that you can be sure you have a fan in Colombia. She went on remembering the times of chivalry and great customer service we had in Colombia.

I have not much more to add to that but to thank you and tell you that I'm very, very impressed by the length you have gone to make me feel appreciated.

Ducati is my next purchase, please keep me aware of your deals and be sure that I will buy mine from you.

Chase was our salesman. He is very personal and eager to please/answer any questions we have. During our week wait upon deciding, Chase kept us up to date on the product we purchased. While at the dealer waiting for all ATV purchase Chase and other salespeople kept us entertained. :)

Was going to buy a new Yamaha wave runner yesterday. All I wanted was a total out the door price on the wave runner and trailer so I could make a decision if it was going to be a good deal or not not a big deal right? Wrong, sale man went and got sales manager RICH OGDEN who said he wanted me to give them a number. I said no I have cash and ready to buy just give me your best number and I will make the decision on what I wanted to do. He preceded to argue with me and kept saying he is not going to compete with everyone else and his self if he give me a number I'm just going to go to next dealer and get it lower. I said no all I want is the best number so i can decide if i want to buy new or used we went round and round he still would not give me a number. So i left and bought the used ones. RICH OGDEN is the worst sales manager I have ever seen. He lost a sale and I will never go back to this place again and would never recommend anyone to them.

Derek was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Instead of just looking at what the computer said on my custom filter he got his micrometer out and manually looked it up in the book after another employee told me it was not available for my needs. I told them instead of emailing me when parts came in to please call. Derek made sure to call me personally. Very good customer service.
