Very nice hotel. It wasn't super apparent but it seems like they are renovating the rooms from the top down. We were traveling in a larger party and their room was on a higher floor than ours and seemed like it had been recently updated. Even then my more dated room was still spectacular. Their in house restaurant had a great dinner menu and served a fabulous breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Real close to the airport and has a free shuttle.

The hotel is super nice and clean. I found a very good rate and I picked it for a stay of 2 nights only. All the personal is very kind and helpful. Loved my stay

Very nice rooms. Clean facility. Staff has always been courteous. The price is right on, not outrageous. Always feel comfortable and safe at this location. Their security is great.

I am an employee of a Marriott in Portland Oregon and I have to say hands down best place I have stayed in a long long time. The customer service was a 10 front desk agent Luis was so kind and got me into a great room. The day shift gentlemen that extended my stay was also awesome I am sorry I don't remember his name. The bartender Carlos was so sweet and made the best drinks ever. I loved my stay. I can't wait to be back to LA

Best Hotel with excellent customer service in a Bar & Restaurant near LAX Airport's. As we entered and sat at the bar we were told Welcome, how has your day been gentlemen. What can we get you by the most polite young man. After the fantastic customer service, I ask for his name. That is when we found out that the Asst. Food & Beverage Mgr. was waiting on us. We had watched him work just as hard as any employee and check on the entire restaurant and Bar. We were really impressed. This is our new Hotel at LAX for the future. We come to Los Angeles every week. Christian's great customer service is what made up our minds.

The staff at this hotel are great. Felt very welcome at check in and valet was awesome too. Lobby is very nice Overnight parking is very expensive. Room was okay, dated. No vent in the bathroom. Soundproofing was excellent to outside but noise from hallway came through easily. TV was nice and big, plenty of channels, but HDMI input not selectable. Bed was comfy.

Great hotel! Our room was clean and very comfortable. Lots of areas to sit and relax in the lobby and lounge. Delicious food!! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel in walking distance to LAX.
The hotel is beautiful and centrally located. The lobby has groupings for comfortable seating. The bar area is open and inviting accommodating groups and singles. The Renaissance traditional Sangria cart was a delightful surprise. The sangria was tasted good and was refreshing.response / report this review -

Lobby is being renovated. Parking is stupid expensive. Great hotel. I usually stay at the Marriott right next door. I really prefer the Renaissance. They plan to start room renovation in Nov 2017 so enjoy the hotel until then.

Great service. Lobby area was well maintained and had a modern finish to it. Staff were friendly and offered an upgrade. WiFi is not standard on all rooms, neither is parking. On some rooms you have to pay extra for WiFi and parking. Parking is about 38 dollars including tax. Even though it's close to the airport I didn't even realize that I was watching the planes come in but couldn't even hear them. Don't worry about the noise, even if you face the runway you can't hear anything. Surrounding area is safe and clean. Minus 1 star because it would have been nice to have the parking included regardless of room selection

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the cheapest rates around

Took me three times to call the hotel to finally get some type of action. Never got an apology for it either. Easy check-in. Close to major highways. Rooms were clean and cleaned nicely daily. Nice large flat screen television. Nice clean lobby with nice smells. Restaurant had reasonably good food but great service. Garage parking was pricey but convenient. Had to pay for wifi. Overall good experience!!
