Excellent full service Marriott. This property has the new 24 hour M lounge instead of the traditional concierge lounge, which u actually like. Also elites get the full breakfast buffet including omelette station.
My experience with this hotel has been great the staff is really professional friendly personable and very attentive to the guests and their needs upon entering I secondary associate at the front desk notice that my water bottle was low and offered to provide me with water before going to my room. Also on my way out another associate approached me and asked me if they needed to bring up my car before I even exit the building. The rooms are very clean and they have a lot of amenities and things to do such as Starbucks a lounge slash bar and a very nice area to relax in the lobby and also to get work done if needed.
The room is adequately sized. The mattress is rather low to the ground and a bad mix between firm and soft almost as if it was old, I don't think it is but that's the way it feels. The workout facility is adequate yet is the only place I've ever seen treadmills overlooking an indoor pool which makes it a very humid uncomfortable workout experience. The TVs on the treadmills don't generally work in terms of sound sometimes in terms of picture. The bar is fine with a limited selection of beer. Overall it is one of the most mediocre Marriott's I generally ever stay in.
Good location. Parking is a bit over $15 for the maximum rate. $1.90 an hour I think. Clean elevators and fairly quiet in a Sunday. I was there for a wedding and the hall, outside area, and bathrooms were clean
It's a better than most venue in the area for conferences and meetings. It is centrally located to many eateries with a varying cost rang. Catered breakfast and after-lunch snacks are a nice touch, with conference room monitors to ensure temperature as well as other provided amenities remain acceptable.
Been renovated to a very high standard. I really like this hotel and my hotel of choice in the L.A. area. Highly recommended
I think they have the best lounge. Love the people working at the lounge especially Ann and Barbara. They are so friendly and makes my stay enjoyable. Renovated rooms are nice. But rooms that r not renovated not so much. They should at least replace the carpet.
Passable location for a professional seminar/conference. They try pretty hard with the food. Easy parking. Starbucks in the lobby in case the food/coffee isn't enough.
Stayed here for a work trip. Room was nice. Conference room was freezing cold. There was a nice patio area by the pool as well as on the conference room level.
The food was not great - pretty unhealthy and the last day there was no vegetarian option. I ended up buying a salad at Starbucks which was good. The food in the lounge was good - a couple co-workers borrowed my key so they could get in.
Service was not great. My late check out was only extended by an hour. Once when I was headed to meet my coworkers for drinks, an employee ignored me while asking my coworkers next to me if they needed any help finding the event. I guess I didn't look professional enough. It took two weeks for them to email me the bill.
Great experience. All of the employees were very nice, courteous and helpful and the room was so clean. I'm completely happy with my stay and would stay here again given the opportunity.
The staff here is super friendly, and ooze great customer satisfaction. The food is exquisite and the drink were made just right! Thanks to the amazing bartender! The atmosphere is perfect for a first date! The music is not to loud and the lounge provides very comfortable seating. The entire facility is prefect! I would definitely recommend this place to all my colleges and friends.
Good location. Lots of walkable stuff. Not terribly priced. Tons of Ubers. It has typical hotel woes. Like some of the rooms are just not as nice as the other equivalent ones. The people that stay were good people, families weddings etc. I will def come again.
Absolutely excellent experience. If you are an elite member, it has the best concierge lounge I've ever seen - a new idea to keep it down by the restaurant instead of up on some random higher floor, and great stuff like access to the omelet bar and a Starbucks espresso machine. Even with some construction area near the pool, the outdoor area is enclosed and relaxing. Great great marriott here!
The location was ideal for the people we were visiting. Rooms are very well appointed. We had a problem when we checked in (our room had been given to someone else and they had to downgrade our room due to overbooking, although I had called 3 times to confirm our reservation since we were on the road and were arriving early evening. Each time I called the person I spoke to assured me it would not be a problem, they were holding our room). The might before we checked out I called to speak to the manager. I was told he was busy but he would give us a credit towards our bill (a modest amount). I will say the Marriott Warner Center is a beautiful facility and I hope to stay there again during future trips to the area.
I'm here a lot for work and the staff are so welcoming which really makes this home away from home such a pleasure to come back to.
They are always accomodating and do what they can to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxed stay.
The concierge team are fantastic and always ready to help you around the area with the hotel shuttle which makes that dinner or shopping so much easier.
Great mall and plenty of food within walking distance around which is a bonus.
The rooms look fine, always clean and beds very comfortable.
Overall it's always a great experience with warm welcoming staff 👍🏼
