Stayed in a regular bedroom with a king bed. Everyone was very nice! Only complaint I have is the pillows! They offered no head support, per usual with hotel pillows. Would stay again though!

Much better experience than last time. Hotel staff was attentive and prompt to any and all requests. Room was quiet (not taking into account our 2.5 year old and 7 month old, ha) and spacious. Spent a fair amount of time with family in the lobby and that was very comfortable as well.

This has to be one of the most beautiful hotels in the Southeast. The grounds are well kept and if you have a family and visit during the warmer months you will really enjoy the pool and deck areas! I was here for a meeting and was very pleased with the food and at night we visited the bar where you could order from a wide range of beer, wine and cocktails.

I went here for the first time ever today to grab a quick bite with a friend. I had such a nice time. I had a rough day today & our waitress Kelsey C., was very professional and sweet. She was not super chatty(which I LOVED), gave us our spaces, & our food/drinks were delicious. When I wasn't impressed with my crunchy fries, she switched them out quickly & they were perfect. Scenery is very cozy & relaxing. Restrooms were clean. I'm looking forward to going back & I look forward to seeing Kelsey C. again.

The best way to describe my experience at this hotel is awkward. I ordered a pizza and 2 cokes from room service. We received what tasted like a piece of cardboard with sauce and cheese and 2 cans of coke. We did not receive glassware, dishes or ice. We tried again at breakfast and ordered white toast only to receive sourdough toast and no jam or jelly. Afterwards, we placed the tray in the hall only to walk by it the entire day despite our requests to have it removed. To add the icing on the ackward experience, housekeeping cleaned our room once! We checked in on a Thursday and left on Tuesday. AND the one (1) time they cleaned our room was the day we tracked down the housekeeping supervisor in the hallway.
I would NOT recommend this hotel. I would recommend that the hotel reevaluate the way they supervise their staff. It is clear no one is watching.response / report this review -

My coworker suggested that I treat a friend to a pedicure at Ross Bridge and I was thoroughly excited to go; however, was very displeased with the service. Once we were both seated in our pedicure chairs she was tended to immediately while the nail technician doing my services was still doing a manicure for another client. I didn't think anything of it and figured I would get the same treatment as my friend once the technician finished. After about 15 to 20 minutes she came over and began my pedicure but was in an extreme rush. Long story short my technician (after starting 20 minutes later than the other) finished at the same time as my friends meaning I got 20 minutes less of a service. When going to a place like Ross Bridge Spa and paying $55 for a pedicure I expect much better service.

A great family or couples getaway. All around well done. Only exception might be the service in the dining halls and those dang scratchy towels - why?. The kids and adults in our group loved it and hope to return again soon.

our stay was magical!!! the buffet at Brock's in the mornings is beyond compare. everything you can imagine and more is there - and it's all incredible quality. the staff was incomparably helpful. I've never been somewhere like this where every single last person truly wanted to help! they had free milkshakes on Saturday in the lobby and comped our breakfast on Sunday morning because there had been music playing in a neighboring room late on Saturday and the manager was genuinely concerned about how it affected our stay. the pool is great for kids!!! there's so much to do: bikes, tennis, swimming, badminton, great restaurants, and grounds to explore. definitely want to go back!!

We needed a night away during a stressful move and The Renaissance Ross Bridge Hotel was just what the doctors ordered. Great room. Friendly staff. Awesome pool. And breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful Hotel. Out of all the staff I came in contact with, I can only praise a few. Had issues from the time we checked into our dirty room. Could never speak with management, they weren't available. Ordered food: took over an hour and wasnt what was needed. Security is slight, doors remain open all night, few security cameras and locals can freely use the amenities.

Stayed here a few months ago, had a pleasant time during our short stay. Had an issue with our c/i process, but it was resolved quickly. The governors suite was plush, and comfortable. Breakfast was well worth it.

Beautiful grounds, wonderful staff, very comfortable and clean rooms. Every stay here has been perfect. The food is also very good.
