  Chris was very helpful and informative. I’m a club member and didn’t even know that check in maintenance was free on any week day before 5pm. Very good experience! Was super fast as well!

  Joseph and Ryan did an outstanding job in adding surge protectors to our HVAC system. Additionally, they adjusted our thermostat so that it would be dependent on the Internet. They were most courteous, knowledgeable, and were done in a minimum amount of time

  Technician Chris came to the house and was extremely knowledgeable on how to clean my AC unit and fix my contactor. He was super nice and willing to go the extra mile. I would definitely recommend Reid Heating and Cooling and ask for Chris.

  I 1st used Reid thru my Home Warranty Co. I joined their membership club after that visit! They managed to keep my 22 y.o. furnace running much longer than I expected and have now replaced it with a great Goodman furnace! The installation was in a very difficult place but they did an excellent job! They were friendly, knowledgeable, instructional about my new thermostat, & cleaned up their mess! Every time they have been here, I have received the same top level of service!
  They definitely made me smile yesterday & stay warm last night!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!
